I thought it's good store near me, I don't know much about mexican food, when I go to store, I generally order classic cambo, they will also replace cinnamon twists with chips cheese. But today there is a guy with pony tail and hat, I asked him for classic cambo, he was so rude, he asked me tell number, be specific, and made me order every item in the combo separately, so it costed me twice the amount of cambo.
Instead of talking to an employee like a normal fast food joint I had to use a huge tablet to order which kept trying to upsell me on everything. Pretty frustrating to order off of as it wasn't fast or convenient. To top it all off, I opened my bag when I got home and still didn't have everything I ordered. Maybe it was just a one off, but I'm not planning on coming back to this one.
Good Taco Bell food... Hot and little wait time.
Actually was really tasty and you could watch them put together the food(looked super fresh). Clean restaurant and person who took my order was very friendly.
Ordered a veggie bean burrito and found beef in it.. they ruined my religious practices… hate this place for life! Never gonna step in this food chain ever again!
They need to be more friendly and atleast greet the customers.
Best new tasty crispy taco with Black Beans!!
Great chalupas; but very slow service.
Pretty good food, but they messed up our order.
The food was hot, and they got my order correct(no cheese on every item). Good job. However, everytime I eat at this particular Taco Bell, it seems like it's, 'tell the customer "NO" day!' Here's an example. They have a new menu item I like, and for a limited time(Flat Bread Tacos). The first time I ordered it I noticed the Flat Bread was too chewy for my liking. I kindly told the cashier that I would like the Flat Bread to be grilled before making my tacos. The young lady insisted that it couldn't be grilled. I called out to the manager who was preparing the food and said, "please grill the Flat Bread before making my tacos. Thank you." The cashier(in Spanish)proceeded to try to influence her manager into saying, "NO!" I was silently laughing to myself, porqué Intiendo y Hablo Español! Eventually, the manager agreed to go out of her way and grill the Flat Bread. Mind you, there isn't a Drive-Thru at this location, and I was the only customer in the restaurant. Isn't funny how I was treated as if I was inconveniencing them for 30 more seconds of their time? This has happened on 3 separate occasions. Taco Bell employees, "you don't own the restaurant, and you're not losing money for grilling Flat Bread." As a matter of fact, you're earning a competitive wage in the local Fast Food Market! This Taco Bell is close to my house, and as a 'Trained Chef,' I may not want to cook on my off days.
