The drive thru was quick. The Caramel Frappuccino with Oatmilk was stronger than usual. But the staff was polite and quick.This location is better than most in Fremont.
they open at 5am. I get there at 5am and see the workers just arriving so I decide to give them some time to setup. at 5:30am I head over to the drive thru and they ignore me and the car in front of me. there was one worker outside chilling and two other women behind the counter. the thing that bothered me most is the eye contact we made for a split second before she pretended not to see me. do better

Unfortunately, they dropped the ball on both orders tonight -- basic Pike Place Coffee with Stevia and half and half. They used full cream rather than half and half, did not put Stevia as requested, and the coffee was flat. What is going on with this location?
I am a regular customer of the coffee shop. Workers on the drive thru window are always nice. However, there are some things that need managers' attention. First, we often get only a half of drinks' cups. If I ordered a medium size I pay for that and expect to get this, not a small one (or even less). Second, about organizing the drive thru service. Today morning we stayed in line as other cars for over a half hour just because one car in front who had a huge order. The line with cars to the drive thru was even on Alvarado Blvd. (a safety issue). Such situations can be resolved, for instance, by serving huge orders on the parking lot so others do not need to stay so long time including on the boulevard for a cup of coffee. These problems, if it won't be solved, can lead to loosing permanent customers and also potential customers. Managers, take care of it!
I go to this Starbucks almost everyday. Their staff is very friendly. But most of the times Cap, Dry Cap, Extra Dry Cap all taste like Latte. Their baristas definitely need some training. Most inconsistent Starbucks I’ve ever tried.
Starbucks is always good in the Morning or anytime of the day. They are polite and the coffee was just to my liking.
got the cookie crumble frap it tasted like milk and nothing else. Danish looked old. Bathroom was disgusting. The person took my order and then just walked away. Like umm ok.
