Ordering from their website? Think twice if you don’t want to be cheated by them.To put it short: they intentionally serve me two items as opposed to three that I ordered on their website where the tenders were missing and they didn’t tell me until I found it out myself later. The manager told me because I ordered from their website (popeyes.com) they are adding some arbitrary additional charge so the price I paid was only enough for two items. They also couldn’t explain to me why I was extraly charged for the fries and biscuits either but simply told me to go and he will follow up with his boss to see what he can do. The manager showed no sign of apology, and I was even wondering if he realized this was a mistake on his end, not me. Ridiculous. I cannot believe this is how they are doing business in the US! My first time there and will be my last time as well.

Poor customera service... Jeezzz They are stingy about Dipping Sauce too. They didnt even ask if i want sauce. My boyfriend check the order before leaving,Got no Sauce at all, so he went back to ask for sweet & heat Sauce. She gave only one, seriously! Then i go back to ask her ( May I have 1 more weet heat sauce Plz), She stared at me madly and look up and down on me...Take the sauce and gave me rudely. My order about 20$ we only ask for 2 Sweet heat sauce . They should give customers at least 2 sauces for 11pcs of chicken, even 5pcs. Imagine if there are 2 people eating it together... with 1 sauce...One has sauce and 1 doesnt have...or they take turn to dip the sauce . Never come back this place again...Note: Their prices is expensive too.

Mighty tasty Popeyes chicken dinners.The temperature was hot and the air outside in the bay area was and isz full of thick summer smoke ?!!The youngster working behind the counter insulted an Asain Customer, they went on to threatening one another.I told the popeyes employee that the customer is always right and that they both should lighten upps ⬆.There is an unlimited supply of outrageous behavior to go around us these days, perhaps this the new normal !?The more people see and hear, the more desensitized folks become.? Other than that, my dark meat chicken ? dinner and the Giant-sized chicken sandwich for my lady were quite palatable as well as delicious !!
