One of the best boba places nearby! The cups as really great quality and are reusable.They have super tasty snacks like popcorn chicken and takoyaki, while they host a variety of drinks.Unfortunately they don't accept cash anymore, but the boba is absolutely worth it!

I'm actually sad to write this review because of how much I like the food and boba here, but Mr. Green Bubble has terrible customer service. A couple of times I've gone in to get some popcorn chicken and drinks and told that it's not ready to have them hand me my food 15 minutes later right off of the counter. The worst part is that they are all standing around talking in the front. At that point the food is cold and not as delicious. So disappointed! Go for the food and not the customer service.
Tried getting the Mr. Green Bubble Milk Tea with regular sweetness and less ice. It tasted extremely watered down and not very sweet. The tapioca was passable this time but this store is not very consistent in general. Me. Green Bubble used to be my go-to store but nowadays it isn't clear that it is better than Quickly.
I came in about 10 minutes before 8 and there was a machine to order form but someone else was using it so I wanted to order with the person at the cash register but she told me to wait and order from the machine. I didn't understand why she couldn't just place the order for me herself? I waited over 5 minutes to be able to start placing my order. When I was able to begin, the workers started turning off the lights. By the time I was done, they turned off all the lights. They took about a minute to make my drinks and I paid extra for extra toppings(aloe and agar boba) but all they gave me was aloe but I was charged for both. Worst customer service ever. I'd give it 0 stars if I could!
It was so bad, I want to give you a zero, but that’s not possible so I give you a one. nah i’m just kidding it wasn’t that bad, but I ordered a thai tea from this place on doordash and there was a fly in my drink.
I love to go to this place but from last few times I haven't been getting a good service because I been getting regular boba even tho I ordered extra !That's my only problem
The staff was rude and telling me not to look at the food order number, how am I supposed to know if my order isn't ready if i don't look at it, then she started to talking in Canto with other staff about how we wanted to take other ppl food. And obviously the food isn't good, that rude staff added lot of pepper, it was so spicy that I had to threw it away
Terrible customer service! Drink was okay not the best not the worst.. I will never understand why people work the customer service field if they do NOT like it!
