Great service. Great drinks and some yummy food.
Terrible customer service, they had about 7 employees running around the tiny restaurant and it still took forever to receive any kind of service. Our waitress took 15mins to come back to take our order and when she finally did she asked us if we wanted more chips, salsa, and drinks which is expected however she never came back…she forgot all about us. Almost 30mins later our food comes out and for the wait it wasn’t worth it at all, we then asked again’ for chips and refills on our drinks and they acted upset like they where doing us a favor. Never again will I come eat at this place, as if things weren’t bad enough they charge an arm and a leg for the food. They should definitely show the staff how to smile more and chitchat less between employees, maybe that way they can actually focus and pay attention to the customers.
Food is good but the staff is always in a bad mood specifically the manager he is always rude and it almost seems like it’s a bother for people to be in the establishment.
I felt a bad vibe from staff upon entering and my intuition proved me right. My family and I decided upon this place for a high school graduation celebration due to my cousin’s recommendation. We sat down at approximately 8:20pm. The place was busy but there is no excuse for what we experienced. Multiple parties came in and were seated well after we were and received their food before us, some even completed their meals entirely and were leaving. We ordered before 9:00pm and still hadn’t received our food 5 minutes after 10pm. The waiter was dismissive and attempted to say we ordered at 9:27pm , the time stamp on the receipt for the kitchen. This made it clear our order wasn’t put in until after all the other parties. They take the orders by hand at the table, not some electronic system. That occurs after. By that point we were fed up and decided to leave. The waiter then threatened to call the cops, laughable. I’ve had some bad experiences at restaurants in the past but this one takes the cake. At no point did he apologize for the delay and made it feel as if it was our fault and wanted us to pay still, again laughable. Never again will I cater this place and I would suggest other folks don’t as well. Inexcusable experience and behavior. If you don’t speak Spanish expect to be treated as if you don’t matter.

Awful awful awful! I’ve been coming to this restaurant for 10 years or more and it’s now pitiful! Buyer beware! Over the years - bad service, slow service, missing food. We still came back. Then - stolen credit card (friend ordered), wrong orders, drinks that just weren’t delivered. Today - ordered online. No record of order (payment went through!) ignored while other orders were taken. Had to make a scene to get any attention. NEVER AN APOLOGY! I gave up. Will have to contest payment through the bank. IM DONE!

Really enjoyed the food here. It was a relatively busy afternoon, but we were seated relatively quickly. I will definitely come back again.
The ambiance and food is good(little pricey in comparison to other mexican food places)
Service was timely and caring, meal was delicious and satisfying. Two sodas were nearly $10. Clearly all restaurants have fallen on hard times and yet we will not make the same mistake considering the considerable up charge for a minor add-on to the overall belated and special Valentine's Day experience. The staff is also very mindful of providing a cleaned and sanitized experience. We will return at some point. ¡buen provecho!
