I asked for a Carmel Frappe and they lied to me and said they only had mocha. I sat in the parking lot to eat them nasty burgers and literally saw 4 people walk out with Carmel frappes. Seriously lame cause McDonald is nasty and I only come here for the frappes. I guess this is just another racist establishment in California I will never eat from again.
Who's the dingle berry that though paper straws was a good idea? Whoever it is they need to go rethink their life. I get it "save the environment" but what happened to enjoying my beverage? What does paper do when it gets wet? Anyone? Thats right! It gets soggy. To the franchisee that owns the restaurant congratulations on being duped into lowering standards. That is all. I needed help. And in the middle of this horrible pandemic that we're all living through, this team went above and beyond to help me and didn't treat me like I had leprosy. I don't have Covid. People are so scared that they're being less helpful. This team is still awesome. This was the first McDonald's my husband went to when he came to this country and the '80s. And I have been going to McDonald's since the '70s. There's no question why we still go to McDonald's. This particular team on this particular day with especially amazing. Thank you. ❤️
I pulled up to place my order at the speaker in the drive thru. They told me to pull up to the next speaker, so I did, then they ignore me and take the order of the car behind me. I tried to get their attention, but got no response. So I pull up to the window to place my order and tell them what happened. They didn’t apologize and told me to go to the back of the line and go thru the drive thru again. They could have at least taken my order at the window. I’m so shocked by the terrible service that I will never go to any McDonald’s again. Very unprofessional and an awful way to treat a customer. I will never go back.
I ordered tea and 10 chicken nuggets box in drive through, I didn’t realize that by default tea is ice tea? , when girl gave me ICE tea I realized my mistake. It is not going to be good in CA December cold?, she also sensed my mistake and she just offered me to give me hot tea. She refused to take tip or extra charge too, she just said it is same cost and dump the ICE tea. Excellent customer service ?? thank you
I went thru the drive thru yesterday using the mobile app. I placed my order, paid and got a confirmation number. They told me to drive to the first window. When I got there, the woman told me that I need to pay. I told her that I already paid on the app and had a confirmation number. She insisted that I had not paid. It was lunch time and a long line, so I gave her my card to pay again. When I got home, I found that they charged me for my original app order, then they charged me at the window, then they credited me for the app payment. The reason I am mad is because my app order included a "buy one get one free" item. When they charged me at the window, they charged me for the free item. I have tried calling the store for hours. It rings 15 times then disconnects. I am furious. I will send a dispute thru my credit card and never go back there again.

I ordered McGriddle for breakfast and they gave me a McBiscuit sandwich wrapped in McGriddle paper! I only found out when I got home and felt tricked. If you don't have McGriddle just let me know and give me a refund, why did you pack a different sandwich in MacGriddle paper and give me the impression that this is the one I ordered!Be careful with the food you get, double check before you leave the restaurant!
This place is my first choice place. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to visit this restaurant. when I want to go to a special dinner, this is the place that comes straightaway to my mind. good and varied food and a large menu.trained staff members, and good vibes. And very important, the cost is reasonable. I recommend this spot with no doubt.
