Pricey for the food quality. We got #21 , the portions was so small . We only went here because it was close to the America tire shops. Not worth it for the price.
The owner is always very kind and their pho is definitely the best in town.

Ordered through DoorDash at this establishment and they gave my order to another person. (A woman mind you and it was under the name Carl). Just goes to show that this place does not care about their customers or clientele. Pho 99 has better selections and their prices are way cheaper than here. And before you people come at me with the “Then why don’t you go there then” comments. Pho 99 closes at 8pm and I work until 10pm. Mai’s Kitchen is open until 11:00pm but I’m guessing their brains close at 8pm as well. Will not be ordering from this place again

Not sure about the food. I'd been there 3 times and I feel the staff don't care about providing service timely. They make you wait for long time always for pick up, plus the customer service is lacking.
Very slow service. Didn't get any water til after we were done eating. Food wasn't that good. Had the Chicken Pho, the chicken was very dry.
Open late. Great pho and smoothies 10/10. We got the happiness smoothie and the coconut juice.
