Food is great, service is BLAHH. Treat you as if your asking for free food. Maybe they don’t know or understand customer service!Young lady taking orders is mean and bad attitude and tries overcharging. They don’t let you use the restroom if it’s take out!!Maybe some day they’ll begin reading their ratings and get it together.
9:23pm and they couldn’t make one meal. Horrible customer service. They don’t deserve to be working at L&L.
The places isn’t really all that clean, and the food seems to be rushed at times, not consistent. When I say rushed, it looks like everything is just thrown into the plate, with no care in the world. I ordered the short ribs and they were kind of on the greasy side. The lady takin my order was rude as well and seemed to over charge any chance she got.
The lady cashier at the cash register has been being rude lately every time I come in to order she has a thing about overcharging and purposely charging more for the order than it really is. I've never been charged for any of the sauces and she decided to charge us at the last second before we left. I have witnessed people ahead of us getting sauces condiments for free yet she change charged us. 05/28/22 6:38 P.M
Not the cleanest place, but the spam musubi is alright.I went in here to get a snack. The spam musubi was just $3, so I bought it. I also needed to go to the bathroom. On my way there, I saw a ripped cushion, graffiti, and some garbage on the floor. The bathroom wasn't in much better condition. I returned to the counter just as my order was ready. The spam musubi was wrapped all the way in seaweed, instead of only in the middle which is more common in my experience. The spam wasn't crispy, but it sufficed. It laid on some sauce which was on some rice.Overall, the place looks a little questionable but the food is okay.
Large portion sizes. Interior is a bit unclean.

Great place for Hawaiian BBQ. Love the loco moco and the bbq plates are worth it. Portions are big and it's a great value. If you like Hawaiian BBQ check this place out.
