How do you miss the main part of an order. I ordered a meal, 2 separate chk sandwiches, and 2 biscuits. The only part of the meal I got was the beverage. I looked in the bag and saw the sandwich bags but no fries. I went back to claim my friend and got the smallest possible fries which I think the meal was supposed to have bigger. When I went into the bag to find the sides I ordered as part of the meal...not there, neither was the sandwich that was part of the meal. So basically I got the sides I added but I never got the main thing I ordered. Deleting the app as to keep from making that mistake again
Tried this place multiple times before leaving this review. Do yourself a favor and if you crave chicken don't go here. Chicken wasn't even crispy and I ordered a sandwich and they put cold tenders on the bun. Stay away!
The chicken is fine like most KFCs. I noticed they don’t give you any sauce/dressings unless you ask for it.
I got a family feast 10-piece package and it came out really quick through the drive through. It only took a few minutes from ordering to driving away. The chicken was delicious and the sides are always great.
Consistently out of food and slow service
For the fourth time, I have gone to this KFC in Union City between 5:00pm and 5:45pm and they are either out of original or out of chicken. It’s pretty poor planning that between both original and crispy only legs and thighs are available during what I would consider the busy dinner hour. My husband may have been happy but I surely wasn’t going to pay $30.00 for an 8 leg dinner. I could have bought two fillet mignons for that price. I may never go here again. Prices are too high and lack of product happens way too often.
Pretty much the same as all KFC's went through the drive-thru they were polite and service was very fast
The last couple times I went they didn't get my order right the food was cold and tasted like it has been cooked and sitting for awhile.

RITHIC made my KFC experience great, She took her time to go over the menu and sides for me. Definitely the best worker out of the few I’ve had before. Also left her a tip :)
