Horrible service today. They need to be trained again. I placed an order in person, there was another girl behind me. She got her drink before me. When I asked the boy, he said stuff happens. Tried to tell the manager, she was a kid too and just apologized. Other people got there drink before me. Corporate needs to take care of this

On the right day this place is hardly ever crowded. Quick and efficient service. Bomb oatmeal too, just have them add fruit.

Management needs to properly train the employees so that they are knowledgeable, professional and offer services with a smile!! Even under the masks... I even witnessed an employee wearing the mask improperly which rendered it unsafe for themselves and the other employees and quests ??
