Was great not to see large waiting crowds. The manager and young man at front desk were doing a great job on taking names and greeting customers. The servers were under staffed and very busy, making that part of dinning a bit not so nice experience, but the manager kept coming around checking on tables to bring coffee, helping with whatever was missing and making it better. Food was ok.
This establishment has been around for a long time and one of the first restaurants in Union Landing. There has been small cosmetic changes throughout the years, but more is needed. The men's restroom needs to be updated and some seats inside are wearing out. However, despite this, still a good place to have breakfast all day. My favorite pancake place (and I'm not usually a pancake kind of person). Something about IHOP pancakes that I love.55+ and up get a senior discount

The staff was very friendly and helpful in taking my food order. The food I ordered came out fast and tased great! Will go back again in the future. Great spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
Very neat. Best place for breakfast. It has a wide variety of omelets and kids menu. Staff is very friendly and its close to a ton of good resturants and cinemas. Ample parking spaces and good ambience. Best place to go if you want to order something quick and filling.
It was a long wait to get the table assigned and get the food. I understand that it was short staff, but the manager should step in and assist the only waiter on duty which did a fantastic job! I gave 1 star for the management team who failed to accommodate customers in front in which I believe the importance of running a restaurant.
I entered and there are cobwebs all over the ceiling over the door way. disgusting! I asked for coffee. I am given one cup. I asked for the coffee decanter, I was given the one off another table that customers just left(covid). When leaving we asked waitress where do we pay she said front entrance. We then went to front entrance and they inform us we need to go to back to the table and pay with the waitress. So unorganized. There are other items that don't need to be mentioned.
Honestly every single time I try to call they do not answer it starts getting very frustrating. First they tried to say it's because they have a different number so I got there new number but I have been calling for so long now and still no answer it ridiculous they need to fix this... I'm giving it 2 stars cuz the food is not that bad sometimes they make it really good its just I wish it wasn't such a hassle to order every single time I try.
Friendly service in Spanish. We got good info on the food. The gluten friendly waffle was delicious.
A server (guy, maybe a mabager) is very attentive and friendly. We had nice breakfast in tge weekend.
