It’s got a big variety of drinks. And can come to standers for many different people. They have a clean and calm environment. The bubble tea is well made and I recommend it to everyone.

I heard lot about it and finally tried it. Surprisingly there was no line and I was only person in the line. Place was clean. I ordered mango matcha smoothie but did not like the taste. It was pricer compare to other similar places I have been to.
Had the mango matcha with salted cheese and it was delicious! Definitely give it a try. The service was fast.
I use to love their salted cheese but it seems that consistency is off. Sometimes its nice and smooth, other times, its watery and dense. The one in decoto is way too under staffed and customer suffers with long wait time.
Average on quality, service, and value. Inside of restaurant in nice and spacious above average clean. Would be nice if there is bathroom available for customer
I came here often because it was the closest store to my home. This was the third time I had an unpleasant experience, so I came up to comment on it because it really made me feel ridiculous. The staff didn't familiar with the menu. And she was like she couldn’t hear me and I need to repeat again and again. Finally, I looked at the menu and found a mistake and pointed it out to correct it. And another clerk who helped her said that “you said that”. Omg, was it my mistake? I need to say sorry to you guys that I said wrong.Actually, I wanted less ice, I always said less ice at all milk tea stores. So I said less ice at the first time. She feel like she cannot hear about me. Ok, asked me again, 75% ice? I said 35%. I even don’t care the exactly number. 30% 25% or 35%. Then I just wanted to double check my order on the menu. finally, the order showed 75%.The screen is used to allow customers to check their orders, Right? So what’s wrong with me?I don’t think that was hard to change. I even haven’t paid it. You guys even haven’t made it. Why was that guy so mean? It made me feel like I was bullying her.Even if the customers change mind, usually the store is willing to redo it. But i just want to correct my order!!!I never comment restaurants online because I think it's a waste of time. But I really didn't enjoy the whole evening after I ordered this milk tea.
Hella slow, non-friendly staff, REALLY dusty fan blowing all over the food...so unsanitary smh...wore gloves the entire time touching food and money. Gross.
Fast service. Good Boba varieties are available. You can adjust sugar levels and get (actual) less sweet ones also. Try their cream varieties.
