We went there for dinner , we were six the ambiance was good and the food was also good. We ordered lamp, beef, mushrooms, lettuce and napa cabbage, the order came quick, but the only thing was I felt bloated after coming back home idk whether that’s how you usually feel after any hotpot. But I didn’t feel good after the dinner. May be we ate late or may be it’s a lot of fat for me to take in. Overall I would give 3 stars :)
Amazing service and even better food! First time eating Chinese food in a while and I’m glad I ate it here! The beef and lamb were fantastic. For desert, I had the deep fried rice cake which was also very good.
Wonderful experience first time trying Mongolian hot pot at Happy Lamb Hot Pot in Union City, CA.Nice atmosphere.Service was great.Plenty of menu items to make it personal, unique and entertaining.Food was delicious.Much appreciated to everyone for making this a nice place to return to.
I highly recommend this restaurant. They had a really wide variety of foods to eat with their hotpot, and everything was very tasty. They also had really good service. If you want hotpot, this is a great place to get it!
The meal was very enjoyable and the experience was even better! It was so great and I really appreciated the opportunity to eat a meal with my friends and experience some Chinese culinary culture. The food was very authentic and the combination of all the flavors was so cool! The service was great and it was overall an amazing time. I highly recommend for groups of friends and families if you want to experience a little bit of Chinese culture and a great meal.
This place was super tasty and very interesting. the rare beef and the spicy hot were very good, and I appreciated the freedom they give you to cook. Although the restaurant is called happy lamb, I felt like the lamb itself was mid tier. Regardless, this is a great place to come with your family or friends, and it is cool to experience different cultures. Overall, the food was great and “hotpotting” is very fun.
Very authentic Mongolian Hot Pot! This is one of the most famous Hot Pot brand from China, and it's just as good as if you are eating it in China!
Lamb was very tender and girthy, it was especially good raw. The lack of soda perplexed me, I gained over 25 pounds after eating here! Finally I way 440 pounds. The laterally thin rice dessert completely satisfied my cravings. The nice whitish liquid, that elicited a delicious reaction with my pink tongue, wowed my world. Overall my chakra levels increased and I can now go on to master spinjutsu! We love you Tecca! 10/10
Officially my favorite hot pot spot in the east bay! Staff was so friendly and service was quick, but they never made you feel rushed! We got the spicy broth with a veggie base and it was so flavorful! Definitely a place you should give a try. And reasonably priced.
Absolutely delicious! I've had hot pot at several places, and this by far is the best one due to it's extremely flavorful broths. In our party, we tried the original, spicy, and tomato broths, and ALL of them were delicious. Also, fresh ingredients and great service topped it off.
