Authentic Chinese dim sum. Service is above average. Food is fresh and taste above average.
Quite authentic Cantonese cuisine especially I loved the fried lobster with ginger and spring onions! It was great but not so cheap as it coast $26 per pound. Ordered the salt and pepper crab that I think can be better with the spices add. The fry pigeon isn’t great as the meat is too dry and apparently overly cooked! Geoducks sashimi was really good and make 2 ways cooking with soup and sashimi style. Not cheap and better asked the price before ordering as the waitress tends to push you for expensive items. Casual chinese restaurant and enjoyed the food so much!

The restaurant has new owners and the Restaurant is re- named Grand Golden Bay. They are very friendly and hardworking. You pretty much have to be in California's UNFRIENDLY BUSINESS CLIMATE. I make these remarks because their mode of BUSINESS has changed. They used to push carts around with different food items and you would order off the cart. They would have APROX. half dozen employees doing this task. Each cart would contain different small plated appetizers. You can point to the appetizer you wanted and decided how many. However this is only offered on weekends now because the business has changed owners and is no longer the Mayflower. The cost of doing BUSINESS is higher and prices are higher. There are less customers because of the higher prices. It is sad that a restaurant that provides such great appetizers has to change their mode of operation. For the public who cannot read Chinese, like my wife and I. You will have to speak fluent Chinese or read chinese to order items from the menu. My wife who speaks Chinese but a different dialect ordered a item that no one really wanted, she couldn't tell from the picture on the menu that the item was baked instead of deep fried. I am thankful that Chinese restaurants work on a very small profit margin, but please provide the workers a good gratuity. For extremely great food and four adults the bill was $107, plus gratuity. Service was excellent and the dining experience OVERALL was great. I like the old mode of BUSINESS but understand that costs have to be considered.
Tastes pretty much the same as the Mayflower Restaurant that was in the exact same space, same decor, etc. They might have made a few minor improvements but you'd be hard-pressed to tell.
Very good dim sum with some special items. Prices are reasonable.
Better service, dim sum taste a bit different, some items like the chicken feet is better while some items like the siu mai a lil worse.
No costomer service at all. Avoid as much as possible
