The food is absolutely amazing and has large portions! But the cashier is a bit rude.

Had a terrible experience here today with the fly we found in our rice, they had no apology, and still made us pay a minimum tip of 15%. Very disappointed.
What an unbelievable and delicious place. I ordered a chicken corn soup and it got delivered fast. I asked if it had flour and it did. They offered to replace it but I insisted not to since it was my fault for not asking before I ordered. They still replaced it with no flour in the soup. They went above and beyond when I was the one that messed up. My child ordered chicken chow mein with no veggies and OMG it was the best chow mein she’s had out of all the restaurants. Thank you!!
Can't remember the place so I'm giving you one star.
It’s been a while since we got take out from Dragon House. What a disappointment. Fried rice wasn’t fried, chow mein had few veggies and kung pao chicken had no kick. Overall there was just no flavor in any of the dishes.
Food is great! The workers are getting much nicer now! Lunch menu is great too!

I could rarely understand the lady with her accent and misunderstood what she said. I also speak Mandarin too and there was no need to gossip. I was being nice to her and admitted my mistake and she kept being rude. I won't buy or tip from again. I could have spoken to her rudely in Japanese once I heard the gossip. Have the guts to insult customers in their face instead of hiding behind your language.
