Very Very Bad Experience. Will Never go toThis dominos. The preparer messed up my order and made my pizzas as thin crust instead of regular crust. I called the store to advise about the same and I was told that the manager is not here and I will receive a call back in 10 minutes. After waiting for half hour I called the store back and the person receiving the call this time was very rude, instead of correcting their mistake that person started asking me for extra money to deliver the correct Order as I didn’t have any car with me to back to the store. I advised him that it is not my fault that the order was messed up but instead of paying customer oriented and retaining a customer the store person turned out to be greedy, rude and argumentative. That person Told me that his manager will call me back but I never received any call back. I will also report this matter to Domino’s Pizza headquarters because I feel cheated and Being frauded by this dominos franchise store because Neither my order Was corrected and delivered nor I received my money back from this Domino’s franchisee
Food is good, but they need to get their payment system up and running inside of the store. I arrivedexpecting to be able to pay with my phone but their system isn’t set up ?. So I had to download the app and reorder the food through there (btw it ended up costing me more to go through the app, go figures ?). So anyways, now I sit outside waiting for this second order to get done. What was suppose to take 20mins round trip has turned into a hour plus of waiting. Not to mention I’m sitting up here with two hungry, crying kids ?. Thanks a lot Domino’s for wasting my time and costing me more money for your pizza!!!UPDATE: So I go in to pick up my second order and the guy tries to get me first order. I say no I ordered a new one through the app since I can’t pay here with my phone. He then tells me it’s a waste of food. Which I replied that it’s their fault that their system isn’t set up. Come to find out they had the system set up and one time, their machine broke a while ago and haven’t bothered to get it fixed. Maybe if they lose enough money and waste more food, they’ll finally decide to fix the system.
I have had no problems with this domino's. They make good food and the delivery is fast
I understand the staff here , wants to serve customers well but there is hindrance of understanding when we speak on call. I usually order through website in these kind of places. On that note, their pizzas are super awesome - $14 for large with 5 toppings( toppings are well added better than anyother dominos) . Budget friendly, customer friendly, quicker to pick over when we rushing late for dinners. Overall customer service is also good ?
Worst customer service ever! I called them to make a big order because my basketball team won the championship and when I tried to order, they hung up the phone right away. My wife Ed minutes later and they hung up again because they thought we were prank calling them.

Ordered pick up through app. First, stuff were all not wearing masks. Second, I have a medium pizza and two boxes, they didn’t offer a to go bag. One star for asking if I’m picking up when I stepped into store and saying thank you when I left.
Order here at least once a month pizza is always on time. I have never had an issue, guest service could be stepped up a little and this place would be even better.
I said here the guy name jaun roast little extra pizza because last time not proper roast but he said we can’t . Now what we can do. Domino’s need to fire like these people who are not working properly. We spending money but not taste good that’s very wrong. Domino’s need some action
