I went in here around 7 pm to get 2 veggie bowls and spent around 30 minutes in line only to find out that they were out of both fajita veggies and guac! It seems like they just don’t care about vegetarians, they didn’t even have any notice or signage letting people know about this - at least it could have saved me 30 minutes if I knew this upfront. I spoke to the manager as well and he just didn’t seem to care.Came out hungry after wasting more than 30 minutes, would not come back here again and definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone especially vegetarians!
I’m tired of this chipotle rationing how many pieces of rice, lettuce, beans you get with your order. Stop being so cheap. This is the only chipotle store that doesn’t fill your bowl when ordering. In fact I’ve noticed sometimes they will pour half a protein scoop rather than the full. I’ve contacted chipotle corporate and filed a complaint. Hope they fix it. If not, then I’ll wait and have my chipotle salad bowl when I get back to San Diego where they don’t penny pinch on their portions.Update: if you don’t have a mask, they might not serve you. They served two white folks without mask. When they saw me not wearing a mask they refused to serve me. Spoke to supervisor Alex and reported to chipotle. This store genuinely sucks. Castro valley chipotle way chiller folks and cool.
Its 3 pm on a Sunday and its slow there is maybe only one or two customers eating and plenty of staff on duty.If i could put less i would. No one said anything when entering the building, there was only a handful of napkins all throughout the dining room, and the trashbin was overflowing. I mentioned this to the staff who only replied "okay." The bathroom had one roll of toilet paper and one seat cove4 between two stalls unclean they had feces and urine visable. I had to clean the stall before my daughter could even go pee. The outside patio didnt have bins under the specified trash area so everyone left there bags up top which every few minutes when wind would blow would havr things fall and go onto the floor and street(this also was addressed with only an "okay" as the response. I opted out of getting food here and will not be returning. So sad because i actually enjoy Chipotle and hope others are actually clean so i can enjoy it elsewhere.
This location is horrible at service... they skim you on the toppings! I had I scoop of ground meat on my ?.. not cool
Place is dirty everytime I come and the staff aren’t very good safe and what I mean by that is the grill guy touches raw chicken and then proceeds to cut steak no glove change or washing hands and when they open everyone is always on break no one is ever back on time it sucks because there’ll be a line of people 5-10 and there’s only one person working the line and handling the register also the new guy they have there the skinny white kid with brown curl hair does a horrible job at portions I order almost every side and double rice and beans and the bowl is still not full definitely do not recommend this location
We ordered with UberEat for pickup, and we noticed that the portions are slightly smaller when you order for delivery/pickup. Can’t be a incident if it’s always smaller.
I ordered through doordash today December 16th. Just wanted to tell whoever made my burrito (carnitas+steak) did an excellent job and I appreciate them. You deserve a raise to be honest.
They put a chunk of meat in my veggie order and when I chatted with their customer service to have the store manager call me, they could not accommodate that request. It is fair to ask to speak to a store manager to know what went wrong and to see that issue does not get repeated. If chipotle really cares about customer feedback, they should have the store manager call me

I’d rate this 0 stars if I could. Who messes up so badly on white rice? It was basically rice pudding. And instead of doing it over, they served it. Really bad attitudes from staff there too, chips were super stale and I asked for a large bag of chips, they charged me for a large and gave me a medium. The cashier repeated my order back to me too and said “large chips”. How the hell do you get this wrong so easily.
