Dining in today with some Friends. It was disappointed because the menu has changed and the portion of foods was seem less than before .
inattentive server, some food was entirely missed and other food was not as I had ordered (didn't receive the fries I had ordered, asked for no cheese but still got it in my dish, asked for a medium rare but got a well done steak), extremely (and I mean extremely) slow service, drinks were just pure sugar syrup with little or no alcohol, even for getting the check I had to sit there waiting for 15 mins and ask another server to help me, my kids were sleepy and had to ask the family to go to the car while I wait for the check. Disappointing!
We have a reward coupon. Free drink, appetizer and either shrimp or chicken fajitas. I asked several times, what is the appetizer? Where can I find the section for appetizer. They said either one of the appetizer, which include chicken boneless wings. When the bill came, they charge me for an appetizer extra. They said it only qualify for chips and salsa. Chili's cheated a retired military marine. It is not fair. How can they do that to a veteran military. It should be reported. Once again chili cheated a retired military marine.....
Great food and reasonable prices. We were there on a Friday evening and it wasn't too busy. The service was amazing, and the portions were big. I would recommend the $25 deal that gets you two sides, two meals and a dessert.
Amazing food, made fresh. John is incredible, he personally takes care of every guest. I would recommend this place
the host were extremely nice, but the rest of the staff were extremely rude. I cant believe what i had to go through to just order my food with my wife and kids, i asked to speak to the manager that was there and I believe his name was john and he spoke to me in an improper manner about how things are ran. gave soo much attitude and I don't believe i will be coming back to this establishment, neither should anyone else who doesn't want to be disrespected
Steak fajita is my fav food from this place. I had a great night with a dear friend, food was yummy as usual!
Great service great food loved going here can't wait to return. Waiter in bar was very good.. He was very friendly made me feel welcomed
The Chili's Grill & Bar offers a little bit of everything without traveling to Napa. This was my first time there and I had no idea what to expect. We usually go to Napa every other month, so wine tasting is something we do quit often, you just don't get a taste you get full glass tastings. The different wineries allow you to experience different locations, and the differences in wine. This would be a great place for a large group because those who like white wine can go and taste only the whites and vice versa with the reds!
