Great Place for Craving for Halo Halo in a Hot Sunny Day. Great Service. Great Staff. Everything in Menu is Great. Definitely going back.
Ordered the Ube Monster, Ube Butter Bars, Ube Crack Cheesecake, and Ube Cupcakes with Flan.I absolutely loved the Ube Monster Milkshake. I like my Ube/taro more sweet and there was tons of flavor.Best baked item imo was the butter bars, tons of great Ube flavor. The cheesecake was a bit too cheesy and not enough Ube flavor. Some folks in my group don’t typically like Ube and they absolutely loved the cupcake and flan with the textures complimenting. Would definitely come again, but gave it a four stars because the Ube wasn’t always consistent.
Over hyped cafe with long lines just to disappoint your taste buds. Milo boba is tasteless, flan is about the same and the famous upside down Halo Halo is ok. Ube flan cupcakes look good. Milo cupcakes were good. I will revisit this establishment in a few months and hope for improvements
Came in on Tuesday night 15 min before closing. We had ordered online so we didn't wait as long as it seems others did. There was a line and it grew even longer behind us. They were busy and the staff was working as fast they could. The service was still friendly despite the rush, which seems this place is always busy. The decor and ambiance was a bit confusing. The front of house was.. uhm not sure what kind of feel they were going for. Though.. head towards the back off of the front counter.. and WOW. The artwork was amazing. We of course had to take our photos there. Now, the food and drinks. We order the upside down halo halos, thai tea, ube truffle, leche flan ube brownie and ube butter. I rate the food in that order. Although all ube, all different flavours. The truffle was bomb. The thai tea was meh. Don't come here for that. But come for the upside down halo halo. We came from South San Jose and the drive was def worth it.Ube lovers don't miss out on this place.
Nice and very clean place..the line was average but their turn around time to get the orders out was pretty quick. Good customer service and you can tell they do it with a smile. I wanted to try this place since I saw some pretty good reviews from other people. Food was great..dessert wise was not too sweet from the truffle ube to their upside down halo halo. I liked how everything was made fresh and the boba was made perfectly. I will be back to try other stuff on your menu
Unique and tasty! The churrochi texture is like mochi with a sugary crunch on the outside. I don't have many reference points for the halo halo but the upside down halo halo I got was delicious! It was unfortunately too large of a portion for me so I definitely had to share this treat. The honey b milk tea drink with boba was good. I love the playful naming of menu items!I highly recommend ordering ahead online and picking up to skip the line. I'm not sure it moved much while I was there getting my order. Inside is nice and has a few tables for dine in.
Excellent customer service. Cashier was very patient with us since it was our first time. We ordered two milk tea. It was okay but definitely want to come back to try the Halo Halo.????
Super delicious if you're an ube lover like me! I loved that the desserts weren't too sweet and had prominent ube flavor.- Ube milkshake - hints of coconut, not too sweet, and good ube flavor- Ube cheesecake - loved the fluffy texture and crunchy bits on top- Crinkle cookie - soft, reminded me of a cookie cake, not very sweet- Churrochie - chewy mochi dough, lovely cinnamon flavor (I recommend ordering ice cream separately because it melts quickly with the sauce)- Grilled cheese - tons of cheese, nicely toastedI went on a weekend and it took ~40 minutes (online order est. 20 minutes). I recommend ordering online before arriving and add 15 minutes to the estimated wait time as there were some large orders and a constant line out the door. The employees were friendly and made sure to help everyone out, also they were working at lightening speed!
Excellent ube baked goods. Halo halo was way too sweet. Line was at least 45 minutes. They need to staff up or figure out how to make the ordering process more efficient.
I pre-ordered a Valentine's day box. I was hoping there would be a separate line for pre-orders, but no such luck - I ended up waiting about an hour. It wasn't too bad though, it was a nice day out and everyone in line was polite and well behaved. So I took the box home to my valentine, who was kind enough to let me take a bite, and it was SO GOOD. The desserts were moist and rich, and the ube flavor really came through.I'm not sure I have the patience to go often, but for a special occasion this was absolutely perfect. The price was reasonable too. I'll definitely be back when we have another occasion to celebrate!
