The employees at this specific location are God awful, every time I go there my orders are constantly being made incorrectly. One instance, I ordered the breakfast platter combo but received the chicken fries combo. I asked the employee if they could resolve the issue, I was told to park and wait for the food on the side, 20 minutes later and nothing. Management needs to step and get training done or something. Recommend avoiding this location.

AMAZING Customer service at this Burger King from Suchila. Her uplifting and friendly service was memorable. I noticed I left my card somewhere and to my surprise she quickly went to retrieve it for me. I was so thankful to her.
About three days ago I came in to the restaurant and I had a great customer service Experience…. staff were very friendly and welcoming The food was fresh and well made to my references even though the price was a little too high but it was a good still good experience And I don’t mind coming back

Had an Uber Eats order canceled on my because their hours state they are open till 11pm but really they close at 10. Also was turned away because it says they open earlier than they actually do.
Not sure what happened to this location but the staff here seem very unhappy. What happened to "have it your way"? You ask for certain condiments and they make excuses so you don't get the condiment. They treat customers with coupons like by using a coupon is going to have an effect on their pay or something. Whatever the case, this Burger King is not the same. Cold burgers that are supposed to be flame broiled at the time of order are no longer...Another pet peeve is staff not changing their gloves regularly. You cannot operate a cash register and prepare food with the same gloves on. I have worked in food service and I know for a fact that cross contamination can happen. Glove changes are an important part of food service.I could write more but I won't. This establishment is not the same. Not sure what changed.
