They chose to ignore our party of 5 people right from the start. No one came to take our order for 30 minutes. When I asked for someone this rude lady kept saying "I see you" 4 times and she kept serving everyone else, even other people who came after us. Somehow I feel it was racism on her part as we were the only people not according to her "standards".
I took my mom there for Mother’s Day this year. We was waiting at Texas Roadhouse. That’s what I originally wanted it. And my mom love Texas roadhouse. So we decided to come to Buffalo wild wings. The server was really trash Normally every waitres when they take order down they normally write something down. she didn’t write anything down . And she seemed like she was having a bad day but it seems like she wasn’t happy her job and I asked for a Coke it didn’t even taste like a Coke and I Wave another waitress down and I told her what was going on and she came back and give me another drink and told me that they don’t have Coke they only have Pepsi. I remember last year of Mother’s Day there was very friendly waitress. I’m not ever come back here again Buffalo wild wings you guys need to hire someone. Who is friendly and can do their job. And I have to ask the guy in front for the bill. This place is just really trash they need to upgrade their employee. I understand is Mother’s Day and most people don’t want to work. Or if you’re having a bad day you shouldn’t be taking it out on someone.

This place is my favorite. We always get the traditional wings and specifically the Garlic parmesan and Thai curry. These 2 flavours are best. You want to have spicy, try the blazing hot. The prices are pretty reasonable. Thank you for the good food!! ;D
Please update your timings on the Google. Closing time says 12 AM but the kitchen is closed before 11.30 PM. It is very disappointing to travel all the way just to see that the kitchen is already closed half hour before closing time.The management needs to look into this. Please either change the timings or keep the restaurant open till 12AM. This is very disappointing.
My go to place for wings has always been BWW. I am not finding the place to be losing it's touch. The focus was around the game and how quickly they could get us out and someone else on our table. 'Do you need anything else?'Let's get to the wings and fries. The fries were soggy... #OldFries. I remember when they used to be crisp and with the right amount of salt to make it inviting. The wings - the flavors are cool but they were super over done. The chicken wasn't peeling off in your mouth, it was breaking off.
Place was decent, really like the burgers the served even though it's a wings place.
Overall negative experience. This place is not good for accomodating large groups of people. From what I understand, they are only able to split a tab up to 3 times and when you have a big group, one person ends up paying a good portion of the bill. The service was not that great as well. Bathrooms could also be better maintained. Only giving 2 stars because the wings were alright.
Me and buddy went to watch a game, grab some food, and beers/drinks. This location was probably one of the worst locations I have been to. Food was not good or prepared as it should and 6 beers on tab were empty. So if you're going in for a craft beers, I do not recommend this place! Although the waitress that helped us was great and did her best to help us.
Ordered food through GrubHub from this location on 24-11-21. I like to order boneless wings from many places all year long, but I never had boneless wings that looked & tasted SO horrible, other than from this restaurant. I also do not like spicy food at all, and have checked all the boxes that request non spicy sauce on the order, but all wings still came VERY spicy. On the top of that, they were full of fat/nerves and very "chewy". So, I ate at least 3 to be sure it wasn't just one or two bad ones, and trowed away the rest. The fries that came with the order were also so overcooked and hard, that they had the same fate than the wings, and ended up in the trash. GrubHub support person was kind enough to refund my order when contacted about this issue. But never, ever I will order again from this place. Future customers, you have been warned !
