Service was not good.
I asked if they had bread, owner replied with "we have everything". Then when I go to ask for tomatoes he says that they're out. So, essentially I was lied to by the owner, and not the staff. Take that for what it is. No apology, and he charges me full price for everything. No free cookie or avacado for the inconvenience. I had already ordered my sandwich and he had started making it so I had no choice but continue with my order. I would not have got my sandwich here and I would have gone to one of the other Subways if I had known that beforehand. For those who don't know, there are two other Subways in Ukiah. Also, don't expect to be able to use the bathroom when they're short-handed. It always seems to be out of order when that happens.
Haven't gotten an order right for the past year and a half, today was the worst. Ordered online, they replaced my daughters 6 in. for a 12 in. Replaced peppercorn ranch for pepperoncini (their words). But 5 minutes later when we came in to replace it they suddenly had it again. They said they didn't add avocado because it didn't come on the sandwich, the order and receipt both reflected we had asked for avocado. They also added the cheese and veggies in the other wrap in clumps instead of spreading them out, so you get no cheese in half the bites, and a whole chunk in others. Overall bad service.
I normally like subway but after I had 2 of the cheapest sandwiches made ,a cold cut combo...they cashier range me up and said 19.18 I said to her I ordered 2 cold cut combos which are normally 5.50 to 6 bux... apparently subway raised their price nearly double!!! I won't be back
Have visited this particular outlet four times in past four months during COVID-19 restrictions and always had good service. One or two persons ahead of me. All following current mask requirements. Always clean and service is fast and accurate. Food is good and fresh. Friendly staff.
This location has good, fresh vegetables. A very tasty sandwich, indeed.
Easy access from the freeway. The staff was attentive and very proficient in getting our sandwiches put together. The seating inside was minimal because of Covid-19 guidelines. There is no outdoor seating.
Speedy service. Friendly smiles
Empty sandwich. As in you eat it and feel.... sad.
its subway sandwiches are always good! we have 3 in ukiah 2 on the south end of town whose prices have remained the same throughout the pandemic and the north end store whose prices have nearly doubled I will never go to that location again?
