I really want to like this place but their pizza always leaves me wishing I had gone somewhere better. The crust is like roofing shingles and they don't put enough toppings (especially cheese) on their pizzas.
The pizza was fine but nothing to write home about the the manager on that day that day was a female very rude no sense of humor Even the employees seem to be scared of her but she was definitely rude to customers customers and staff it was busy but no one should be that overwhelms in that situation and if they are maybe they need to step down from leadership.
Today was the first time we tried the pizza here and the truth is that we were disappointed?. The pizza wasn’t so bad but the dough was noticeable that it wasn’t leavened enough, it didn’t have alveoli like a real pizza dough, it was somewhat burned so it was very dry. and there was no cheese. We ate it reluctantly. We’ll ,definitely, not eat here again ?
If you’re in the Ukiah area, Slam Dunk is great about allergies! We got the vegan crust, dairy free cheese pizza for our little one, and made sure to mention it was for a food allergy. They were great about taking note of it, and our daughter was able to eat pizza like everyone else safely.
Fun family atmosphere, great place to take the kids, and delicious food.
THEY have always delivered, NOT anyone else so far have been consistent.The guy Andy makes sure every customer is Happy, This is why WE keep coming and calling for service. 5 star to serving Ukiah. Thank You for the people Who work there

The worst pizza and service I have ever experienced in my life!! The manager needs to be fired!!! And the owner needs to make a regular presents at their Willits location!!!! Or sell this business to someone that can actually run a decent pizza parlor!!!! Bad service extremely rude manager who is incapable of doing her job. And a pizza parlor that can not get a order correct to save their own life!!!
I love this place, it's actually my cousin and her husband who own both restaurants in California. My family and I went there this summer and it was great. The food and drinks were delicious. The arcade is different than what I remember the last time I went there. They used to have classic 80's retro arcade games like Road blasters and racing games, but it is still enjoyable. The restaurant staff are super friendly and helpful. I hope I get to go back and eat there again.
Fun place for pizza night or just hanging out with friends. We love coming here for gaming and join birthdays parties. Great place in town for this occasions.
