Expensive and slow service. Not going to go back but I'll be sure to let all my friends know what kind of service I received. So far talking to my friends and coworkers I'm not alone in my complaints. I even reached out to the owner and no one bothered to respond to me. I've been in customer service for 10 years and wow I always responded to my clients good or bad. it's just good business etiquette. I guess these guys don't need the business. They must be doing well.
I used to come here all the time, but when I complained about offensive right-wing hate music, they said “good luck getting the world to conform to your personal preferences”. I see their point, but they are now limiting their clientele to only like-minded conservatives. Good luck with that.
I wasn't very impressed with the food here. My bread was close to being stale and overall my sandwich was very dry. 13.99$ for a sandwich is overpriced not to mention that a lot of items on the menu are a extra charge. (oil and vinegar will cost you 75¢) I called the local bottle shop and the same sandwich was 2 dollars cheaper and it's a bigger size. I can go to lily pad in ukiah and the best sandwich in town for 10$. They have pre set menu items for 12.99 but I still think for what is offered you can get a better bang for your buck.Best to get a bagel or something but there are cheaper options in town.30$ for 2 sandwiches of this quality is rough.My sandwich was made with way too much meat packed in the middle making the it hard to eat and all I could taste was the turkey. (I paid 1.99 for an abysimal amount of bacon)I'm really disappointed. Definitely better options in town and if not the forks market is down the street.
Ordered 2 sandwiches. Very good and fresh! I was a little shocked when I paid 40 dollars since only got 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. I’ve been coming here since they opened always been good! Good quality
Slow took 45 min. Ordered 3 French dips. Meat was microwaved .....skimpy.....not high quality ...bread was doughy and sand was dryShe overcharged me 1$ per sand. With 3 drinks was 53$. Dogs wouldn't eat it either.

Not much to offer as far as vegetarian options. They have a veggie sandwich under the specialty sandwiches, yet you have to build it yourself. Supposed to come with avocado, but I was told by employee to mark it off on the order paper anyway. So I did. And no avocado was put on my sandwich. Very disappointed. And I did mention to the employee that they should consider expanding their vegetarian options.. it wasn't met with a friendly response. Oh well. Won't be going back. Btw. My husband ordered a turkey sandwich and said it was one of the most boring sandwichs he's ever had .
