AVOID GOING IN THE STORE. use drive thru. took 40min from walking in the store with no line to get the order and walk out.
Forgot I ordered chow mein because I got almost nothing but cabbage
Ordered at drive thru, got my order and had to ask for a straw after getting my drink, got to my hotel and realized they had not giving me any napkins, forks, chop sticks or anything to be able to eat my food. I ordered beef and broccoli as one of my entrees and got 3 pieces of broccoli and one small piece of beef. chicken was good but again no teriyaki sauce or any other condiment/sauces.. I am a fan of panda but in this trip it was a disappointment to say the least.
I love panda no matter where it is. The folks who work at this Panda are pretty quick and clean about how they run there restaurant. It's also nice when u can understand the person taking your order and when u don't have to repeat yourself cc abuse in they understand you.
About 4th or 5th time in a row they refused to give us teriyaki sauce. This time we asked for extra at the window and they still wouldn't give us any. I usually like the teriyaki chicken but the way they make it its super bland since they don't use teriyaki to cook it and won't give you any on the side. They also consistently mess up the orders and give wrong sides. (Asked for rice got noodles etc.). Shame it's the only one in the area. If Willits had Panda Express I'd go up there instead. This one has awful service.
The customer service here is so bad, everytime I come here(for others) myself or the person Im woth experiences some level of rudeness and/or just being rushed through like cattle. I understand that staff are pressured to be fast but you can be fast, polite and helpful at the same time. And 9 times out of 10 they mess up the order so if you're going to be rude and fast the least you can do is be accurate.
I love eating from here because the food is so good I like Panda Express 10/10 the orange chicken is yummy,even there is nice staff service and employees I like to go here again sometime :)
My first time ever at a panda express and I will be going back. Service was great even though they were very busy with online orders. They were patient with me helping guide me thru the menu and that alone is unheard of at most places nowadays. Much appreciated and won a new costumer by the Christmas evening staff. Thank you for making this an enjoyable experience. Worth the drive from Fort Bragg ca and back.
No receipt provided. Asked to park and wait for order. Wrong order came receipt was not same as ordered. Reordered. Employee came back and claimed he got it right. Drove home, order was still wrong and portions were less than half of other stores. This store needs a new manager.
Food as expected. The staff is downright unfriendly. It wasn't even busy and I felt like I was an inconvenience. Why businesses with drive through treats walk in visitors like an inconvenience when they don't even work the drive through, I'll never understand.
