You see the staff messing around a whole lot in the back. Not very professional. Staff are short with the customers. Witnessed a customer with a complaint and the staff member walked away from the customer. The customers are waiting long wait times anywhere between 20 to 35 minutes. I would not recommend this place. It's pretty sad because Mountain Mike's is good pizza. Staffing issues make it a negative experience.
I gave 2 stars because of the nice service from female. Otherwise I didn’t like the pizza crust, may be a personal opinion. But the worst was the cleanliness and condition of the bathroom. Dirty and looked liked it was in need of repair and facelift. I thought the place was relatively new but they must of cut corners in the remodel. Restaurants with dirty bathrooms are one thing I despise. Either bad management locally or not enough payroll for additional personnel from Corporate. Domino’s is still my favorite in town so far!
Didn't really like the sauce,had a weird after taste to it!!! I still say Slam Dunk is the best in town!!!
I ordered 3 pizza sandwiches. They are supposed to come with chips. No chips. It took an hour and my sandwich was supposed to have sausage, mushrooms and onions. There was no sausage. The sandwiches taste terrible.
Let me tell you something I don't care how good a pizza is it's not worth 35.00 a pizza it's not I think it's crazy that they charged me that much and a large looks like a medium not very big . I about choked when she said 70.00 for Two pizzas and one they barely put any sauce or at all I don't remember seeing any on it I thought it was weird but it was good regardless just hella expensive is all and I love the salads 7 bucks but that's ok. Nice place clean and stuff there for kids to play with.

I don't typically write bad reviews but I feel that this one is warranted. I had ordered pizza from mountain Mike's through their app and chose the walk-in option. Upon arriving at the restaurant the lady at the front informed me that my pizza had been burnt and that they were in the process of making another one, I said okay no problem do you know how long it'll take and she looks at me and says I don't know 10 minutes. I say okay and I sit down at the table no sooner do I sit down then another employee comes over to the table I'm sitting at and sits down next to me and says oh you're the guy whose Pizza we burnt. I say yes most likely that he proceeds to tell me the reason my pizza was burnt, apparently this young man was quitting in two weeks and was drawing of meme on his resignation letter which was distracting his other employees which caused them to burn my pizza now I'm not one typically to make a big deal out of something like this but I felt that this had to be addressed the service there was incredibly unprofessional the employees seemed to have no drive and no desire to act in a professional manner and when I took the pizza home and tried it it was still undercooked so I would not recommend eating at mountain Mike's Pizza I would choose somewhere else
