Fast and sometimes friendly service. Sometimes the drive thru can be packed but that is what happens when a place is popular and has mcdonalds on there mind. Got to love the fries and there $1 drinks for any size is the best. Because the coke is enough to get me up and started for the day. No red bull or monster energy drink can compare to McDonald's coke. It's refreshing and makes you zing.
We try not to eat fast food anymore cuz it's really not that good for your health
I spent $5 on a plant-based Burger that had three or four little pieces of shredded lettuce all bunched up on one quarter of the burger the mayonnaise and ketchup were on a different quarter of the burger the tomatoes were soggy so where the pickles and both were tiny. it's like the burger had been sitting under the racks or that they had taken the ingredients off of a different Burger and just replace the Patty with the plant Patty. I will say that the sandwich was actually good but it looked like they Frankenstein to the Burger from burgers that have been sitting out for too long.
Slow, very inefficient and can’t get my order right. If this store is to perform better with a lower turn over rate a new general manager is needed. I recommend going to McDonald’s on Perkins for better service
Not ever going back people that barely open the window to give your food and sorry a double quarter pounder is not a regular burger with 2 pattys on it with a ton of mustard! I order the same thing from McDonald's all over the country I know what it supposed to look like
Very hit or miss. This time we chose to order from the app and have the food brought out to our vehicle. I was very impressed by this feature. It was extremely easy, and did not take much longer than drive through. The food was actually almost hot!
Slow when hardly busy, took 25 minutes for an iced coffee. Can't believe it's not fast food.
Here we go again. Pulled up for a stop at night. Stopped to get some food. When I watched three of the four people working no mask on couldn't get a pic of them with no mask. I get told if I am not wearing a mask they want me to leave. If this is how people In ukiah ca treat other they can stick it. Will not ever stop in here again. Maybe they should get after the help there to put a mask on and leave it on before they expect others To do so. Also maybe even clean the store. It was a mess as well
Only 1 car in front of me he waited 10 minutes at the window then they told him him to park in the front then I get to the window and waited like 5 minutes finally got my food and portions of the fries only half the carton was full of little end pieces not worth the money.
I've been to this location a few times and it's relatively good during the day. Unfortunately at night it's situated next to the Motel 6 which is known to have a lot of criminal activity. If you go to this location at night make sure you look around before you get in and out of your vehicle. Otherwise it's the typical McDonald's experience.
