I went to ukiah jack in the box in got home and my food smelled so bad and tasted like it was sitting there all night and the employees weren't wearing gloves I feel so sick this place should be shut down or they should go over safe Protocols or get new employees I feel like I should sue them if u think of going to eat there don't so bad I use to work In willits jack in the box and they tasted way better I don't recommend u eating here at all unless u guys want to get sick and one of the employees look like they were high so gross DONT GO HERE
I have mentioned this once before me and a friend went to Jack in The box several times their breakfast might be okay biscuits and gravy but the other we're not going back we tried to get in touch with corporate office about our concerns about their Jack in the box here in Ukiah no resolve so for me and my friend the burgers were burnt not to our liking their employees when we had concerns they could care less so we're not going back and this is a God's truth about a food place Jack in the box here in Ukiah California may God bless.max.
It's alright, you can tell high school students or young adults work here considering they have difficulty taking orders, typical Jack in the Box food
A friend of mine we tried Jack's in the box for about 3 months the hamburgers was burnt it just got so bad till we quit we tried to get in touch with the main office but there's been so many complaints that we knew from my experience even their biscuits and gravy didn't taste right so we'll never go back and since we couldn't get into the main office will never try to contact them and will not go back that's my opinion and that's the truth.max. they didn't give senior discount or military discount either they did it first then they said that they couldn't do it anymore so that was a clincher. If we go somewhere we go to Burger King they give military senior discounts and their food is great.

Can someone please explain why, when I went to drive thru, there wasn't a car in line at all. I order a spicy chicken sandwich and an order of egg rolls, I drive around the corner to the window, maybe 20 seconds, and my food is ready? What in the actual ffffff??????Drive home, and the chicken sandwich is hard as a rock. It was absolutely disgusting! The egg rolls seem to be fine. But nothing was hot. I don't know why this didn't register to me, when he gave me the bag. I would like ro know how you can cook these things before I order them? Exactly how long have they been sitting? Is there a bunch of food already made waiting to he ordered???

Drive thru speaker unintelligible. Got order wrong and then went inside to resolve it they treated us like we had no case. I'm sure it is not always like that, but in our case made a bad morning worse.
