7/05/22 9:12PM ABSOLUTE JOKE FOR SERVICE! TOO ALL THE EMPLOYEES (young girls) WORKIN THAT SHIFT, YALL NEED TO DO BETTER! Don't recommend this place to anyone! Customer before us: orders blended drink, pays and moves aside. Our turn to order: Hello, may we please get a LG strawberry milkshake and a small smorz shake. Employee: umm, yea we stop mixed drinks at 9... so.. My wife and I: I'm sorry, but the last time yall tried this we were told by management that yall serve all items up until closing time. Employee: umm.. I guess it's okay then... LG strawberry shake comes out after being blended (4) times as warm milk w/about 2 inches of froth on top and small shake was 1/4 full.. WELL DONE GIRLS, WELL DONE!!!???
We had a horrible experience the last time we went there! There were 3 or 4 young ladies working in there that happen to look and sound of Mexican decent that were completely rude to my wife, my children and myself as well as another white looking couple but were completely nice and helpful to a Mexican family that were also in there. The only reason I even mentioned race was because of the way they obviously treated us dramatically different than the Mexican family. I have never been treated worse in my life and because of this I will never step foot in that Baskin Robbins again!
Very rude staff. I didn’t have a mask, I was refused service even after asking for a complimentary mask. The two girls working had their mask under their nose. Extremely rude. Wouldn’t give me their managers name and a way to reach them.
Born and raised in Ukiah and have gone here for years but tonight was a bit different. The girls behind the counter put off a bad vibe and was talking under their breath an awful feeling. As my daughter and I left , they murmured "white" racial slurs. It was the worst experience in a store I have ever experienced . This was May 12 , 2021. I hope they find peace and may God bless them.
very yummy!!! Just what was needed.
got a mint chocolate chip shake, it was done in less than one minute and when i got it, the consistency of the milkshake was like it had been sitting for 10 minutes. not satisfying. it tasted like it had one scoop of ice cream and the rest was milk. If you want a real milkshake go to UTopIt right next to hunny fluff and acrossed the street from McDonald's and carls Jr. their milkshakes are the same price as a medium and they put atleast 5 scoops of handmade icecream from Cowlicks in Mendocino.
Not a good experience, the scoops of ice cream were very small and melted. I asked the worker to redo the order but she refused and said take it or leave it. I paid for the ice cream and left. Nothing else to say??
Ac was broken it was hotter than hell in there but those three ladies behind the counter where sweet and had great customer service!!! Yummy ice cream as always. Reccomend the brownie Sundae!
