If you crave the worst customer service make sure to take your business to this location!I purchased gift cards from this location for an event, my payment went through and all was good until people who got the gift cards started getting back to me that their cards are not working.I went to this location THREE times to solve the problem. The first girl just shrugged her shoulders and told me she doesn't know how to help me, then the owner of the store "attempted" to help and he didn't had a clue how, the third girl told me she doesn't know how to help me either. I requested a refund, had my receipt, had my bank transaction and they said they cannot help me and to contact the corporate!Really???This location took my money and sold me a bunch of gift cards with ZERO balance on them! That is called STEALING from your customers and you don't know how to fix it?Well I will reach out to corporate and I hope this doesn't end well for the useless owner who treats his business and his customers they way he does!Congratulations to the worst Yogurtland location, it deserves a round of applause ??? and zero customers!
Yogurt is pretty good. There are a lot of topics to choose from and every single one of them is delicious, except for the white chocolate chips, but I just don't like them in general so ya. Delicious ?
Serving bad yogurt. Salted caramel is sour and immediately made me want to vomit. Got a sorry from the guy working there but he didn’t really do anything about it. Beware the salted caramel today ppl. (7/[email protected]:30)
Very small and not many choices. Some yoghurts didn’t work. My daughter was craving the “chocolate ice cream” flavor and they didn’t even have that.

They are always out of yogurt here on multiple machines at once. The guy here is a lazy and useless guy. Not coming here anymore.
