Very low tier like trash town type of place, and overpriced, for a few dollars more than subway and possibly worse food.The meat was just tasteless, and the one i ordered with steak was lit cut defrosted grey mass, prob just heated up, which is very unsteak like. the lettuce was soggy, like as if started decomposing, the bacon was worse than from subway.I don't know if it was bread or something else but I walked home for 3 min and at home half the sandwich was soggy, and as far as I know its not one of those places that dips it in sauce. The fries just came in a bag like just plopped in there, it would have been fine if it was a smaller bag, but it was kind of annoying reaching in, and just felt like a garbage, also fries are like 1 dollar a bag at ralphs type of fries.I ordered a large drink without knowing they give you like a thick plastic cup, which for a fast food, I already feel all kinds of bad for the food and the trash it leaves behind, and giving a thick plastic cup just did not feel right, like I am at Disneyland with refillable, but in the middle of town. the cookies looked trash and dry.
My advice.. go somewhere else. $12 for what amounted to a lettuce and onion sandwich (see picture added a fry for scale to illustrate the meat that came in the sandwich). I ordered the Grinder and each bite tasted like spicy iceberg lettuce & onion. Fries are very small and workers seemed like they didnt want to be there. 1st time here and wont be coming back.
Watched one guy lean against the counter and spin a rag the whole time I was in the store. A girl behind the counter took two full minutes to pull bread out, measure it, cut it, then put the remainder away. PAINFULLY SLOW! Food is good but don’t go unless you have a lot of time.
My go to lunch place in tustin. 13 bucks for a large sub...totally worth it.
The sandwiches was fresh and super delicious! Love their fries too. It was not busy at around 3pm when we came so we got our orders real quick.
They were sooo nice! I ended up adding on a bunch of stuff to my order right before they were about to close and they didn't mind at all. I'd come back for the customer service alone but it was a great sandwich, bomb fries and glad they have a vegan option. Highly recommend.

It was a long, black hair. My hair is short and bright red, so I know for a fact that it wasn’t my hair. This was a horrible experience. I really hope they stop putting their hair in peoples food.

Currently waiting for twenty minutes for a sandwich. That is correct 20 + minutes for a friggin sandwich. I could’ve driven home and got my own sandwich in a faster time. Also for a regular chips and drink it’s 15 dollars last time coming here
