To be as balanced as possible, I would say Waba is a bit better than Yoshinoya, not as good Flame Broiler (both of which are nearby). Waba does stay open later, though.
Kinda BlandTried both Chicken and steak, steak was better, nothing special, just another teriyaki wanna be. Rice needs to be better. And cooked longer. For the price i would NOT eat here again.
Rice was hard (undercooked) , usually they are good about the food, they just made another plate, no refund offered.
Was there at 3:45pm Friday. Drive thru was 4 car's deep. Walked in. The guy behind the counter was upset about something and was having a lot of heated conversations with the food preparer. When I was given my order I just wanted to leave. Got home to find out I didn't get the right sauce and no avocado which I paid for. This was my first time to this location and my last.
It was neat.

Employees are super. Went w family and the food was poor quality and overpriced. May try again but only if the prices drop and food quality is better.
