really good burgers and fries. Good quality and nice staff.

the place says it closes at 8pm on Fridays. I get there with my son to get dinner at 7:45pm and they had the closed sign up! 4 workers and they clearly didn't care about making us 2 more burgers. the owner of vaka should be concerned his employees are closing early on his business. maybe he don't care, and clearly they don't manage inventory well.

Great burger and fries but unfortunately I asked for no ketchup and the lettuce wrap was loaded with ketchup!

You have to try the burgers hereMy top two are the truffle burger made with real truffle oil and the Vaka burger with an onion ring, BBQ sauce and muenster cheese.

GREAT FOOD HORRIBLE CONSISTENCY! Been coming to Vaka for years since the Ramirez liquor store days and I must say their inconsistent hours are extremely irritating. Good luck if they are open on a weekday! Says Tues - Sat 5p-8p I'm here at 5:21p no one in sight. Seems these guys only work when they feel like it unfortunately. Last time I ate here I felt the burgers had gotten saltier as well. Aaron used to do such a great job cooking back in the good ol' "humble" days. Sad to see such a good vision turn from vaca to caca. :(

Best burgers out there, can't wait for new location

The first time I when was when they had their original location back in 2015 and when I got there they had ran out of Burgers which I can understand but the next time we went mine and my friends burger was raw and had an uncooked egg on it and they wouldn’t take it back at least the fries tasted good oh yeah and the service was bad both times would want to go again but probably not

Great burgers ? with astounding flavor combinations w/great service; pricey ?? - the wide spectrum of flavor profiles they manage to fit into just a few burgers is nothing short of remarkable. An expertly crafted, small menu of savory delights ?Had the Truff, their 2020 award winning burger for the SoCal region. The truffle oil is cooked to near perfection, ensuring a creamy truffle flavor boost to the burger. The arugula was fresh and crunchy the whole way through ? the caramelized onions were okay. Pretty impressive they manage to serve up caramelized onions at all! ?They have other burgers with rarely seen add-ons like bacon jam! ?Buns were toasted well, keeping the burger from devolving into a mess ??Everything is made to order! Fresh A.F. ✊?? - the burger alone is $10, no sides or drinks. Pretty undersized for that price. Kept me from getting fries so I've no idea the quality of those ?‍♂️The burger patty itself is a little too small, especially to cook medium rare (but the burger was still extremely juicy ?)

Vaka Burgers was a nice place to escape to. The burgers are fresh and delicious as well as their fries and yummy onion rings. We heard about them from Brad Johnson, food critic at OC Register. He spoke highly of the OG burger so I knew we had to give it a try and it did not disappoint. You can tell everything was made with love and a passion for serving top notch comfort food. With Covid we aren't getting out much but this location in Tustin (Mess Hall Market OC) feels clean, safe, and relaxing. There's plenty of comfortable seating and areas to be social and distant at the same time. We have found a new spot and food place that allows for us some outside enjoyment. Maybe next time we will take an Uber so we can order cocktails with those scrumptious hamburgers. Thank you Vaka Burgers for serving such great food with an awesome staff that is very welcoming.

AWESOME HIGH QUALITY & ALWAYS FRESH FOOD BY CHEF AARON ???
