The only reason this isn't a 1 star is I love the other bartenders. Sorry to leave this. I love this bar and all other staff. I've not been treated as "other" here before.
I'm very sad to be writing this review. My husband had left an open tab at Swinging Door a week ago and following that charge we received three jewelry store charges and a charge for a medical spa. We have used this card nowhere else. Nowhere. My bank called and told me when they caught it.I called the bar and asked to leave a message for the manager but the woman on the phone said "no, she's never here.. sorry." So, I called American Grub, the owner owns that restaurant as well. Luckily someone took my information.Kim, the owner called me and apologized and said her girls would never steal someone's information. She asked me how they would steal my information. I said, we left our tab open and our card wasn't with us - she said "so you are saying someone at my bar wrote down your information?" Yes, that is what i'm saying because that is what happened.It's unfortunate the manager just argued with me. I don't want it to happen in the future to anyone else. Be VERY CAREFUL if you come here.
Nice people, cold beer, decent bar food, priced reasonably. Stop in...cool place.
It's a bar, there's nothing particularly special about it ??♂️ intriguingly enough they only have 1 type of scotch behind the counter
Best vibe in Town. The food is enough to make you a regular. Amazing staff, all the bartenders are friendly, but try to stop by when Gloria is working.
Very nice bar, its Not a dive bar at all. It is however definitely 30-40 years old although everyone else is welcome. Juke box is fantastic lots of 80-90's music. They serve limited bar food, not bad at all. Drinks are a food pour reasonable price. Staff is very attentive without being in your face and pushy. The only issue foe me was it was very brightly lit. I wm going back

First, I will say that any review referring to this place as, "a dive bar" are being done by people who have yet to actually experience a dive bar.This is your average, local bar with decent drinks, decent food and a good old local vibe. Lots of tv's for sports. Not going to fall off your bar stool over anything here. Just a nice comfortable spot for a drink, some food and quite good service from the staff. I would certainly go back.
