We came to this spot twice, only the first time we didn’t get seated because there was a long line. After the visit we had some mixed thoughts because the wait time was very long, even though there were at least two available tables inside. Still it took a while to be seated and at first we were somewhat disappointed, good thing we weren’t in a rush. There was only one waiter/host at the spot and he didn’t even come to the waiting list to check up on people. In the end, we waited for about 15-20 minutes to get a table, but after that the experience was quite pleasant. The waiter was very nice and respectful, and the food was pretty good, even though it also takes a while to be prepared. The prices are more than reasonable, so overall the experience was decent.

A bookmarked item finally checked off and so happy I finally get to experience the hype/quality. My friends and I came here for dinner since a friend was craving soba. Plus, I saw pictures about their colorful samplers and was immediately intrigued. The restaurant was pretty busy so there was some wait time. After about 15-20 minute wait, we took a deep dive into the menu. There are so many options for hot or cold soba and then you have to decide toppings.Overwhelmed by so many choices and indecisiveness, all three of us ended up getting the same thing. Ten Zaru - Cold Soba with Tempura. The tempura came with shiso leaf, shrimp, mushroom, pumpkin, and eggplant. The soba comes with a dipping sauce with green onions and wasabi on the side to mix to your preference.I enjoyed the meal and I'm pretty sure I will come back to try their sampler for the gram.

What a wonderful place to get some quality noodles. They handcraft their noodles daily and your order, all of it, is made only when the server turns in the ticket.I got the soba noodles with karaage and the texture of both was perfect. The broth was devine. We split the assorted tempura and each piece was delectable.Parking is easy and plentiful. If you are going for lunch then get there early otherwise wait 10-15min.

Super authentic Japanese Soba if you are willing to brave the wait. Believe all the horror stories about the wait, but this is the price to pay for authentic handmade soba noodles. Chef is from Japan with over 40 years of experience.

I ordered to go when I arrived, but I wish I could have stayed for dine in! Every dish I watched come out of that kitchen as I waited was beautifully plated and looked/smelled scrumptious! I ordered kitsune (cold) and my husband had oyako don, both were wonderful. Honestly, this place has spoiled me with the quality of their soba compared to the places near where I live. I will certainly dine here again and again when work flies us back out to California!

As authentic as it'll get. If you've never had Soba before, this would be the place to try it out.The soba noodles had a very light springy texture which was surprising compared to boxed Soba that was almost gritty/mealy. So this was a little closer to ramen, which was right up my alley.I ordered the Oh Zaru, the double stack of cold soba. I really liked the dipping sauce with green onion and wasabi. It felt refreshing, similar to a Vietnamese bowl of vermicelli, where it makes eating noodles feel like eating a salad, lol. Personally, the Oh Zaru was too much, but I had to get a double stack to get the experience!I also shared an order of tempura, lotus root, okra, green bean, shrimp and a few others. I liked the change up.Our waitress was super friendly. She seated us knowing we'd be there after closing. They closed at 8pm on Sunday, we got there 7:10 and seated maybe 30 minutes later. Highly recommended!

Waited almost 40 minutes before getting a table, though the restaurant decoration is very simple, but the taste of the foods are very authentic! I love the broth of the udon and their tempura is quite fresh!

This is a very good soba place. They make their own soba and udon.Karaage (fried chicken) is delicious here. The lunch special is very good and very generous. It’s a small place and it’s crowded, so you might need to wait.♿️ accesible.Cash and cards.

Tasty food but doesn’t worth the 2 hour wait. Extremely short staffed. It’s insane that only one waitress has to handle all 7 tables. The restaurant has an obvious management problem.

Good food with reasonable price. Table were separate at least six feet away. Waitress were cute. I saw a sign said they will be off Monday and Tuesday. I saw real Japanese looking staff inside the kitchen.
