I like the food..I always order double meat on my sandwich because the meat is very skimpy. The last 2 times I visited, I feel like I did not get double meat. I called and the person who answered the phone simply said,"okay." Is that a great one word response for an unsatisfied customer? I would have taken the sandwich back the second time but I didn't open it until I got home. I live 30 minutes away.

THH is my #1 for banh mi and egg rolls. Fast, fresh, you can see them making those sandwiches and piled with all those fresh pickled veggies. They have unique sandwich combos too- spam and egg and the fried chicken ?

Pros: open early, amazing food.Cons: WAY too much ice in the coffee. And if you told them no ice, you’ll one get 1/5 of the cup……

So glad to find reasonably priced banh mi sandwiches not far from home AND the convenience of ordering through their app. I placed my order for pickup around 1pm and the service was quick and friendly.I had arrived a little earlier than my scheduled pick up time, but I ended up using that time to pick up some things in store. They had chicken pate chaud, so I grabbed three of those with my to-go order and proceeded to make mental notes on what to grab for my next visit, lol.I let the cashier know that I was there for pickup too so she went to check on my order. The team was finishing up as I wrapped at the register, so it was ready within 5 minutes of being there.Once I brought them home, I couldn't resist on trying a bite. The bread is so soft and does not cut up your mouth. Even when toasted in the oven, I suffered no pain other then the slight heat from the jalapeño slices. The toppings are super plentiful as well with pickled daikon/carrots, cilantro, jalapeño and cucumber.Looks like I'll be frequenting this location more often. They have banh cuon, various types of spring rolls and other traditional Vietnamese dishes that are not easily accessible close to home.

I love THH. They make great food especially banh mi. Like the others I've visited food and service were fantastic. I do love their consistency and commitment to excellence. Great place to grab some quality food at a reasonable price.

In a day of digital, how can you not update your hours online for 2+years?? Drove out of my way to get their coffee, google says open as of 5am, arrive at 6:30, and not open. Paper posted shows 7am. Annoying, fix hours online, 5minutes of your time would have saved me 20min.To add: I don’t get coffee shops opening at 7,8,9,10am… people need coffee before work. Only Vietnamese places I can visit that open in the morning is Westminster.

Horrible service! Called in for a party tray order, asked employee how many pieces come in a tray for a specific item, he yelled at me and say "why did it matter, it all depends on how much your people eat". Then he hangs up on me. I called back to confirm the order and it goes straight to their voicemail"Never going there any longer.

Grilled pork and fried egg are my favorite banh mi. So good.

What's not to like? The jasmine tea is very aromatic and refreshing. The sandwiches are great. Try their other boxed offerings, also quite good.

THH is a decent chain. Not a fan of the sandwiches but it's better than Lee's. It's also the closest banh mi place to my house. When I want a quick Vietnamese fix I come here. Got the rice porridge and it was pretty good.
