Alot of fast food joints are particularly slow during the later hours after 11pm but not this particularly location especially with Norman at the helm who was quick with the orders and even spliced in some friendly banter to make a typical dull drive-thru experience all the more fun.
I ordered two nacho fries w/nacho cheese, a taco ?, a chicken quesadilla, and a Dr. Pepper. Yet, I thought I ordered a cheesy fiesta potato ?. I checked my past order on the app...it looks like I never ordered it. ?
This is my go to location. I always order drive thru pickup via the Taco Bell app.The order accuracy is excellent, down to the exact count of sauce packets. The packaging is excellent.Now, the way that the employees carefully make the food is simply impeccable! The amount of care and precision that is put into each single item is outstanding. That’s not even the best part. The best part is the balance of flavors within each food item. When you take the first bite, the flavor is so perfect that it truly reminds you of the definition of how Taco Bell is supposed to taste like.I have no clue as to what magical thing is happening here, but I can tell there is passion involved. Thank you!.
Ordered takeout. Food was ready right after I gave my name. Food was warm & made how I wanted it. There should have been names on the wrappers though. I’ll order again.
Food is not even hot. The cheese on my quesadilla was still cold.
Was a employee few months ago. I quit this location because the manager named Rudy over there kept yelling at me. But everybody else was very nice but only reason I left there is because of rudy.....
I’ve been coming to this particular location for over a year since moving here… I usually come around 1030-11pm bc I get off work and stop here on my way home… for the past couple months I’ve noticed my order has either missed something, was made incorrectly, or was cold.. it’s happened a total of four times now I literally have to park and check the bag and make sure.. which is what I did tonight because my order was, once again, incorrect… sides of nacho cheese had been filled maybe a quarter of the way up and cold then my 5layer was missing rice not to mention the guy handing me my bag of food was like “here you go have a good night” and runs away and I sat there til someone paid attention and was like… can I get my soda?…. Seemed so rushed and annoyed even though there was only one other car in the drive thru anyways just really annoyed my food was wrong again tonight so that’s why I’m writing this. I’m over it and hope someone sees this and helps fix the problem
The food was hot and fresh. Normally the chalupas are cold at other Taco Bells, but this one has it hot.
The tacos and burrito we had was very good and tasty and the service was good also at the order desk.
Nothing spectacular about the food.. average customer service has always been pretty good.
