Drive through person not paying attention asked for Sierra mist with my order got water and the amount was 13.70 gave her 15.00 and got back 1.20 , don't care about the .10 but stop playing around and get the order right its not rocket science and you guys want 20.00 an hour . People are getting paid to much for being under qualified
They served me chalupas that I asked to be fresh , that were old ,the top of the crust was hard as a rock , not to mention cold , I tend to bite my tongue with fast food but , I'm not kidding I couldn't believe they served that to anyone , I live 7 min away but gas prices are insane ,I was disgusted they served me this , and when I called management not only did she not seem to care that the product they were serving , I will never go to the Taco bell off red hill in Tustin
This is one of the best Taco Bells. My drive thru order is never wrong. Food is still hot when I get home. Every employee I've dealt with here is always pleasant and helpful. I asked a question of the young man taking out trash and he gladly replied with the info I asked for. Love this Taco Bell as a quick stop on the way home to grab dinner.
Friendly staff and I definitely appreciated the nice clean restrooms. Lol! We were driving through, but a clean restroom goes a long way!
Being back the chicken sandwich taco please and you'll get 5 stars. It was so good. I was bummed when I went to order and it was already over. Way too soon.
Never got a wrong order. They are cool with funny add on too if you are trying g to make a custom somethingsomething.
I like ordering inside now. When you order outside through the drive thru, and when you arrive at the drive thru window, there is an abundant aroma of bathroom waste sewer as you're quietly wait for your food ???. I wish they reroute the sewer line to the parking area or away from the drive thru window. Other than that, food is great!
This unbelievable i order at 12:30am and they just cancel my order. First and last time I ordered anything from this stupid nasty place.
It was quick, but there seemed to be a communication problem. I asked for two beef crunchy tacos and two chicken soft tacos. But the person on the mic kept throwing in beef soft tacos no matter how I said it. We ended up getting 4 beef crunchy and two chicken soft tacos. Whatever, but I don't know what I was saying that was wrong .
Taco Bell is always good for a quick meal. Service was fast too.
