Overly popular and pretty good if you're looking for a sushi buffet. The yellowtail, salmon, langostinos, mackerel, squid, and eel were pretty good. Tuna was average. Scallops had a weird white sauce on them. The cooked items and rolls were good also, nigiri was best. Come early for no wait

irst of all this is for a to-go order. I placed my order for a 5:45 pickup & was texted at 6:23 that my order was ready, so don't think that your order will be ready on time. When I went to pickup my order there was a lot of people waiting outside on the waitlist. I checked my packages when I picked them up & was extremely disappointed with the quality & serving size of the sushi. The salmon crunch was supposed to have 5 pieces & there was 4 small pieces & the end of one of those pieces that was cut off to make the 5th piece. Don't waste your money ordering it. My nephew commented that Costco's sushi is better. Well, this was a one & done

My daughter introduced me to this place. I’m vegan and they had some good vegan options I had never tried before. They have a discount if you order online so check that out. The food was great, service was cool although we didn’t eat inside they were very nice.

We did the all you can eat! The menu was well rounded and I feel like their quality was definitely on par with the price ~$30+tip per person.Service was pretty good - drinks were constantly refilled and they stopped by pretty often to see if we wanted another round. Not sure if it was short staffed in the kitchen though because expo was a little slow (considering they enforce the two hour limit when it’s busy). Other than that, we were pleased with the experience and will definitely be back.

We have been here twice we came back because of the excellent service and yummy sushi. I believe it was the owner that helped us out. The second time we came we celebrated my daughter's 29th bday she loved it.

This was my first time coming to this establishment. We went in the evening for the all you can eat menu. This option came out to about 50 a person after taxes and tip. I would say that it is very much worth it as the quality of the food is amazing. I would say it's definitely one of the best sushi places I've been to overall. They have such a wide variety of items that come out in a timely manner. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone.

The food was excellent but they give you a two hour window but we only got to do two rounds because the service was incredibly slow. If you do decide to go strategize how you order because there are very long wait times in between ordering and receiving your food. We got beverages and they never refilled them or asked if we wanted Refills. Presentation was beautiful.

Quality, Delicious Sushi!!! ???The times I’ve been here, there has been a 45min - 1hr wait but I’m telling you it is worth the wait! Vibes are great, the lighting is on point, and the beats are banging. Would recommend to anyone in the area to slide in through

Like everyone says, great all you can eat. But when you order to-go, they lure you in with a 50% discount on sushi and rolls, and then upcharge the living hell out of you with fees, tips, service charges, extra sauces. The starting price for an order of two pieces of tuna sushi is $6.99. So your discounted sushi is $3.50. This is not premium sushi. decent fish to rice ratio, but not premium at all. The grade of fish they use is average. The rolls are done quite well for the most part.In summary, very good all you can eat, but not so much of a value to-go.

This place gets busy very fast for a reason. The best all you can eat sushi place in Orange County. The quality of the fish is so fresh. The actual sushi is served on small amounts of rice versus the restaurant trying to stuff you with rice. We came for lunch last time and it got busy very fast. If you are hungry for sushi that is very good quality, Sushi Damu is the place to come.
