I am giving 1 star to this subway restaurant as I felt they differentiate between online and store customer.Story - I placed order online for 2 subways with 1+1 promotion. I was in store at 12:45 - Staff members knows this was my order still they said they will start preparing order 1:05 as per time given in online order.Entire store was empty - at 12:52 they start preparing my order - they were in middle of adding vegetables- a store person walks in - my buns were put to side - store person who just walked his order was prepared,12:57 - they again resumed my order - they filled vegetables in my order - just wrapping was left - another store person walks in - again my order was not wrapped - left in between - store person was given priority.Finally my order was wrapped at 1:05 - left on shelf - staff even does show curtesy to ask that my order is ready - as I was sitting right next to them , all of them know I am waiting for last 20 mins.I felt like they are giving me free food. I was totally astonished at their behavior and quietly walked away from store.

Not taking Subway COUPONS.They want $9.90 instead of $5.99 with valid coupon. I walked out.

Just because your ovens are turned off and the sandwiches have to be served cold, doesn't mean the service has to be cold too.

This location does not honor Subway coupons. Even the online coupons aren’t honored here.

I used their website to order a sandwich from my local store here in Irvine CA. The order went through and my card WAS CHARGED THE $8.19 for the sandwich that I ordered. When I got to the store to pick up my sandwich at five minutes to 6:00 PM I was met at the door by one of the employee's and I was told that they were closed. I looked at the sign on the door and told him the sign says you close today at 8:00 PM he said well today 10/31/21 (Halloween) we are closing at 6:00 PM. I then told him well I ordered and paid for a sandwich online. He said we rejected that order. I looked at him in disbelief and told him I am here on my 1/2 lunch break and now I don't have time to go anywhere else to order and eat. He just looked at me. So now I am sitting here back at work hungry and I look at my bank account and see that I was in fact charged for the order. SO that means he lied to me and I will have to fight with the store tomorrow to get my money back. I guess the employees had to get to a Halloween Party or something!!!!! In the future I will not be returning to this store!!!!!! I have had constant problems with with location in the past BUT this is it I will NEVER go to this location AGAIN!!!!!! I love Subway but after today I will have to rethink that. Lastly the staff here seems rude and not care how the place looks. GO TO ANY OTHER LOCATION THIS ONE IS THE WORST ONE I have found!!!!!!!

Incredibly rude staff without any manners about how to deal with customers. Also they didn’t have the sauce and paper to toast my sandwich? They had to call someone to ask permission from someone to cancel my order even though they didn’t have supplies to prepare it. I still haven’t received my refund.

Quick service

Went in with my daughter to buy foot long sandwich and I accidentally dropped my energy drink on the floor and I quickly picked it up before all the contents could spill out, and the 300+ lbs lady working there covered her face with both hands like she was quite upset and then got the mop to clean it, after she cleaned it, she didn't wash her hands before starting to make the sandwich I was shocked because she just mopped the floor and didn't bother to clean her hands. i told her i didn't want anything anymore ..she said that's fine with a bad attitude .. I left right away . I'm not going to this location again..

Absolute cheats ! They do not take BOGO coupons published by Subway. No notifications at the entrance or otherwise thatthey dont take these coupon and apparently their manager ‘ has asked them to not accept these coupons’. Unethical buch of folks serving this location. Shame !

The worst costumer service ! I asked a worker named Bryan for a foot long classic tuna and as he added my ingredients he seemed to have an attitude and towards the end of the bar he said " this is the worst sandwich I have ever seen" this really shook me and as I went towards the door he sat down and was just on his phone. Laziest worker, would not recommend coming here!!
