I am a loyal subway customer. Most subway I’ve been to are nice, but this one is out of the norm.Walked in on 6/14/2022 around 11:30am. I orders a foot long tuna sandwich meal and after it’s done. I went to grab chips, and they only have Fritos. I asked the lady, there are other options, she told me that’s all they have and they are getting more from another store. Okay. Then Went to get my drink, no Diet Coke. There is a fridge on the side. Also nothing diet. I grabbed the lowest calorie drink and asked the lady if I can switch my drink to a can drink. She told me that will be 50 cents extra. Fine, can I pay with credit? Answer was no, has to be in cash. I mean seriously? You accept Apple Pay and credit, who carries cash around. I said just void the transaction and charge me just for the sandwich. She said she can’t do that, their system is different. It will take over 10minutes. I got upset and said this is bad business and a waste of my time. I pushed the sandwich back and asked for money back. The lady said I was disrespectful and asked me to leave the store. I was like I have a reason to be upset. You have no chips and no drinks, and when I ask if I can replace with another drink, you ask for cash and I do not. What do you want me to do as a customer? She the called the manager and said I was a rude customer and said to her manager that she has told me there is no diet and chips before I ordered the sandwich, and I was on the phone and did not hear her. Please… god bless you, what a total lie. The manager told her to get the sandwich and void the transaction. Guess what? She did it in less than a minute! What happened to 10 mins!? I asked to talk to the manager on the phone. She walked in the back room and neglected my request. She said manager doesn’t have time and I need to leave the store or she will call 911.I got out of the store and came back in a couple minutes with my phone cam. Right I started recording, she pulled out a cart full of chips. This is pure laziness. God bless you young lady, I hope you career flys well.

Bad customer service, rude customers service. And always closed before time announcement on door. Rather go to another location. Last thing I want is to come out of work tired then get served by a rude lady just to make my day bad.

If you want a tuna sandwich just don’t come here. They put very little. I asked why they put little and they said that’s how much it’s has. Tried it just in case I was wrong. I can heart taste the tuna. Not coming back here ever again.

I am very disappointed with the customer service I didn’t receive today. I walked in asking employee if they had soups he said no we don’t do that anymore. I asked him if he knew when they’ll get the soups back he said he didn’t know. I said okay, I was waiting to be served but the guy was just preparing sandwiches which I understand I waited not once he said I’ll be right with you he took his time with the sandwiches which I’ve seen him work before he’s good and doing things fast. But today he just wasn’t in the mood and I waited 8 minutes so I just left to flame broiler instead where the took my order quick.

Workers there are more focused on hooking up their buddies instead of paying attention to customers. Very slow service and rude employees.

Most times it’s decent but once I forgot my wallet in my car and the worker immediately crumpled up my sandwich and threw it in the trash. Retrieved my wallet and he had to make a new one. Why not just put the first one on the side and let me get my wallet? I think I was going in there 2-3 times a week so it was surprising behavior. Stopped going there as a result.

Always have fresh veggies and great service.

Terrible Customer Service.Monique, the cashier, needs to find a different job.She throws things away in front of customers.Seems very unhappy with her Job.

Both manager and worker very rude. Not helpful at all. I should’ve read all the bad reviews this place has before ordering my food.

The two workers I encountered were extremely slow, took 15 minutes to order three simple sandwiches (not toasted). As we were finishing up and paying, another worker came in. We left and I took a sip of my Dr. Pepper and realized it was extremely flat so I turned around to switch my drink out. The worker who had JUST come in told me I couldn’t do “refills” but I said I had ordered literally 30 seconds ago and I wanted to switch my drink out because their Dr. Pepper was awful. When I tried to explain the simple situation to her she kept talking over me saying they don’t allow it. Eating my sandwich now I asked for EXTRA mayo and I barely have any.
