Just wanted to say this place is awesome and Emma is doing a great job these workers deserve to go home at 6 o’clock every day they work hard What an awesome team great job and great drinks and great customer service!!!!
They were fast and nice, besides the coffe I bought was delish. Not all starbucks make delish ? coffee. ??? And it was a long line.
This location was fast friendly.
Super close to my house but will never come here for hot coffee. Super watered down plus cold drinks too.
placed a mobile order at this location and waited over 30 minutes, just for them to tell me there was still more than 5 drinks ahead of mine. no apology or anything. it felt like I was bothering her for asking the status of my mobile order. too many negative experiences here. if you want to try this one, save your time and go to a different one.
My debit card was stolen w/o my card or knowledge and charged from and at this location, check your statements if you have made purchases here since December 2021.
I'd prefer to purchase additional espresso from this shop on the grounds that the espresso is delicious and the climate is great. They've collected a crew that is empowering, polite, and obliging.
12/8/21 6:30pm-drove by the drive thru and ordered 2 Strawberry refreshers. My total was around $10. I paid with $2 dollars bills and I was waiting for my change. Than another staff member ( tall blond female) comes back with the $2 dollars bills and she tells me.We can’t take the bills do you have another form to pay so I asked why can’t you take the bills and she said because we can’t, I asked again why can’t you take the bills, she replied do you have another form to pay I said no and drove off. She was rude, gave no explanation of why she could not take the bills. Of course, I did have another form to pay but because she so rude and unprofessional I drove away. Went to the Starbucks down the street and they took the $2 dollars bills. Starbucks train this employee to be more polite and professional!! Will be making a call to corporate office to complain as well!

Not too sure which employee it was, but I ordered a drink that Is usually my go to when I go to SB. (Mango dragonfruit with vanilla cold foam). Kind of weird, but it’s what I like. :) The employee said “that won’t taste good” and she proceeded to laugh at me.. I was not aware that we as customers are not allowed to customize our drinks to our liking, but I guess it’s only at this Starbucks. Don’t recommend.
