A lot of people go to this location because its the only one on the way to work right before the freeway. This location is always busy, but thats not bad! Just normal. The issue is the level of quality at this location only. Drinks are not prepared on the same consistency as other locations.Im disapppointed. I bought a cold brew and got 80% cream. Not what I paid for!! I wanted coffee...
I've stopped by here multiple times in the past years, while on my way to Oceanside from Fullerton. The staff has always been super nice and got my order out in a timely manner.This time I didn't realize i came in only a minute before they closed and it was only to spend stars I had acquired.I was able to successfully complete my transaction and only pad the difference of the total amount.

Service is too slow. There were 6 people worked at front, they focus more on mobile orders than indoor orders. I have one order only and it took me almost half an hour to get my order. ? worst branch ever..

Took 30 minutes for my hot drink then got it and was cold with no flavor sent it back to be told to next time request extra green tea scoops and I told her well I never had to do that its just you need more practice.

Close to the freeway right after the exit .Not enough space for dining, and a limited parking spot ( 20 min or so ) .Nice young team trying always their best wish them luck and all success.A nice deco and the store look much better than the area it self
Non descript mini mall location. Nice site near the freeway. Interior is nicer than one might expect from the other businesses in this mini mall. Small parking lot shared with other mall shops. No drive through.
