Great service and the food is consistently good!

I would give average , service is good . I would have expected more for the quality aspect . Got raw chips or uncooked chips .Location is good. Food is 3/5Service 3.5.Food price / quality - 3/5 . When comparing food to quality it’s higher and surviving more due to brand value than. They need to come with more option of bring back old menu and better price competition .There is lot of scope for improvement.Nice chain which need better service

This is long overdue. I went here when I was pregnant (I told the waitress I was pregnant and was very hungry) and ordered a shake with my breakfast meal. After asking twice about the meal, the waiter kept saying it would be on its way. After a family of 4 sat down and got their meals within minutes from ordering I went to ask the waitress about my food again. She said others were mad at her too, that their food was taking long but that the cook was working on my pancakes. It had been over an hour. So i just asked for my bill (strawberry milkshake), paid and left. I cried because I was so hungry and did not get my food nor did I feel like I mattered as a customer. So since then, I’m no longer going there!

Love diner food. Good service. Enjoyed the model train running above the tables!

Well other than the fact that they have taken away one of my favorite sandwiches and made their menu a quarter the size that used to be, their food is always been great. And now they've added the impossible burger for us vegetarian. I highly recommend Ruby's Diner. And if you are in the Orange County, California area, the Ruby's Diner at the end of Newport Pier is always a fun place to get ice cream and shakes. That is a place that we always visit when we go to the beach.

This is 1 of the most ran down Ruby's I've been to. It's very out of date and not very clean. The women's bathroom was disgusting and smelled horrible. Our service was great and food was good but I won't be going back

Was good but pricey. Place was clean service was quick. Still one of my favorite burgers but the price won't have me coming back often.

The original Ruby burger with cheese and fries paired with a vanilla coke, is the best. Don't forget to get a milkshake for the ride home!

Great food young man working to go orders waited on me. Turkey sausage and eggs were yummy coffee a little strong but I added some water and it was great. Clean booth and upbeat employees.

The ruby's near me closed, which is annoying, but this one is still pretty close. Ruby's has always held a special place with me, and it was a pretty big part of my childhood. Specifically going to the beach and just drinking a milkshake. It's relaxing. Anyway, when pretty much all the restaurants closed it was sad, and now that have found this one I'm happy. The food here is great, the service is exceptional, and the atmosphere is unique. In a good way.
