Ordered shrimp bowl and the bowl was 70% rice. With only 5-6 pieces of shrimps, the meal was so boring and unhealthy. So disappointing for a meal that’s $12.
Love the fried fish tacos, and salsas.
The Tustin location is farther for us but we don't mind since this location is always perfect. Great service and good food. Although it is a bit pricey.
This location blows. Had a horrible experience last time i was here but i figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. Bad choice. Walked in and waited for over 5 minutes, no greeting, no "we'll be right with you," just blatantly ignored. It wasn't even that busy. Waited a bit longer ibefore giving up and leaving. Didn't want to be exposed to even worse service by staying. Unacceptable
If you're gonna serve a burrito that is cut in half at least roll it properly so the ingredients do not fall out the wrapper.
The food is normally good but today wasn't my day. I ordered a side of fish, which normally are two pieces. They gave 1 thin piece that was so slim, it broke into two. The shrimp burrito had no sauce, the cilantro lime bowl had no lime, everything was so dry.. Kind of resembled California's drought. I wish they could pay more attention to improving the quality of the food they prepare. Online ordering does not mean you can pass of anything without ensuring the meal was complete. Looks like they might be changing staff more frequently or maybe they don't stay longer.Get your act together. This used to be so good... Pay attention to your customers. We love Rubio food, but that is only possible if your local branch cooks it well
Food was good. It was $36 for a bean and cheese burrito, a (tiny) kids meal, a 3.95 street taco, and 3x classic tacos- all missing the cheese and guacamole, leaving only chicken, sauce, and lettuce.
