Chips, salsa and margaritas can make any dinner better. Attentive wait staff was great.
Had the steak and shrimp platter this time. It came with tortillas like a fajita plate. The steak wasn't that big, but it was good, and I liked being able to cut into slices of my preferred size. Overall it was better than the steak fajitas Ive had there in the past.

I have gone here for years when it was Don JoseThe food is good but refried beans no longer seem freshly made.Maybe out of a can?The taco shells are no longer seem homemade.Service is good. Will est here again but a little disappointed in the changes. Avila El Ranchito is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the area.
They have the best Mexican food. My cousin and I got the lunch specials and for the money, well worth it. Definitely would highly recommend.
Food was good service was great drinks were strong! It's in a quiet part of Tustin mostly older patrons not alot of spice or heat in seasonings but still good standard Mexican food.
The food is always great but the service is the BEST. Most recently we were there with extended family - party of 14. I showed up with just a few people and occupied our table. Immediately all the chips (6 different baskets) and salsa come out so it's there when everybody gets there. When were ordering, they give full attention to the kids and make them feel special, too.Also, get the churros and the mud pie dessert!My wife's family has been going here for dozens of years and it's a must every time we visit.
Staff was so polite and attentive. The food was AMAZING! This was my first time at this location and I'll definitely be back!

There for a meeting. Had crispy chicken burrito and cheese quesadilla. We used to eat there, however the recent food was not good. Wont be visiting your establishment anytime soon.
