I wish I could give 10 stars!This was my first time dining at Red Robin!And I enjoyed my experience from the very beginning!Our waitress Mariah was extremely accommodating!Her colleagues were as well.The food was superb and the service outstanding!I stay in L.A.But I'll make the trip back out to Tustin to eat at this Red Robin again any day!
They have never disappointed! I get a burger to go and it is hot, juicy, & cooked to perfection. Guaranteed every time my eyes are rolling in the back of my head and I moan! It is that good! Everything on that beautiful sandwich is fresh, never over cooked, never greasy. The first bite of every Burger is absolutely beautiful, all the way to the last bite that I put down.The customer service is so pleasant each and every location I go to.I still rated a 5 Stars because they have nothing to do with the app that is terrible. I have lost points and the burgers taste even better when you end up getting a free one but I don't seem to get there because the app doesn't work. They can't even enter my phone number to pull up my profile when I have them attempt to do it. Not their fault either. So hang on to your receipts!Sorry there's no picture of the beautiful Burger, I attempted to put it down but I couldn't.
Everything went great.Cleanliness- My only issue during my visit was that we were given a table that was not cleaned yet. We notified our waitress and she took care of it.Food - I got the Ensenada Chicken platter w/ side of broccoli. Super delicious. My dining partner got the smokehouse brisket burger w/ side of fries. It was delicious.Service - I did not get a chance to get the name of our waitress but she was great.Thank you for having us.
I had a disappointing experience at the Tustin Red Robin. My friends and I were looking to celebrate 4 birthdays together. I highly recommended Tustin RR because I had a wonderful experience at this location back in 2019 celebrating my husband's birthday with friends. Our party had 14 people and we were seated in the patio. The hostess was friendly and everything started off nicely and looked promising. However, after we received our food, our server did not come by for long periods of time and we were waiting for refills on drinks and fries. We also had to ask other passing waiters for requests and felt neglected. But more surprisingly, throughout our time at RR, our server did the following things which I thought were a bit unprofessional: 1) Express that she felt overwhelmed at the size of our party, 2) Told us the staff was skeptical if we really had 4 birthdays (we received 4 complimentary sundaes, thanks to the manager) and 3) As I was coming back from the bathroom, I overheard our server talking about our table to another co-worker. REALLY? If she wanted to vent, then at least please wait until we leave the restaurant! I had actually really appreciated the server's help/time in accommodating us to pay with various digital giftcards (via paypal promo) but once I heard her complain about it to her co-worker I just felt really disappointed. I did not want to make a big deal out of the situation because I did not want to ruin the mood for the 4 friends celebrating their bdays. But we left not feeling very happy with our experience at RR. I used to love RR but I am definitely not going back ever nor recommending it for group celebration events.
Great food, drinks, atmosphere and service.
I highly recommend the Bonzai burger! The pineapple and teriyaki sauce are the best!!! The chocolate malt shake is the VERY best as well... some things never change and never should! Huge Red Robin fan for 20+ years!!!
Tried their new menu item, PIZZA ? I have to say it is and was the BEST pizza I've had in a very long. Great job Red Robin, highly recommended.
The food is always good but I want to recognize our servers Rebecca and Sienna who were awesome!!! Management seems to be doing a great job and things running smoothly, even during Covid challenges. Definitely will be back!
