Bomb açaí bowl!I get the power bowl with Xtra almond butter - it’s very baller. Got one solo and my wifey had one bite then of course ate the whole thing lol.Anyway - for sure join the VIP club, it’s free and easy and you get a free juice on the first purchase.
I'll start by saying they're pumpkin. Frozen yogurt is incredible. If you're looking for juices, this is the place to go to have a great selection and variety. They also have frozen yogurt which I don't know how they make it but it's pretty incredible. We join their pressed loyalty program to get the discount. They're all over Irvine and they highly recommend going to them
I’m a regular customer at Pressed and I always go to this location where is closed to my home.I usually place an order for pickup online because it’s easy, save my time and convenience.This morning I ordered my drinks for pickup online and After lunch I was there for pickup as I got pickup confirmation e-mail earlier. One of the employees looked up my name and order number but she couldn’t find my name in her system. The other employee called the manager he couldn’t find my order either. I showed my pickup confirmation email with the address and phone number at this location but he didn’t say anything. There might be a system error that they should be aware but NO apologies for the inconvenience or NO thank you at all.I left the store with negative and humiliated feelings that they made me I was doing something wrong with my order.I don’t think I would come back to this store for a while. I don’t know if the membership is worth it or not.The employees and manager were very unfriendly, uncooperative and unprofessional.I had an experience working at a retail store. I had never treated the customers like they did to me today.
Store closes at 10pm but when I went at 9:30pm, the African American employee locked the door in my face stating that she’s closing early because she’s the only employee. I expressed to her how that’s unprofessional when the website and sign states 10pm. She told me she didn’t care. I won’t be going back to this location because that’s rude and unethical.

I loved pressed, but it’s so expensive for what you get. Quality, but $8 for a tiny serving size of ice cream feels too small. Slightly larger portion sizes and this would be a 5 star.
Shady delivery service that have stolen and not delivered my orders Twice - corporate was not very helpful and only partially refunded me.
