I ordered one large pizza, a 2 L sierra mist, and their cookie dessert. It said it was going to take about 29 to 38 minutes. I didn’t think it was that big of a deal. It took an hour and 45 minutes for me to get my food. The tracker just kept saying being prepared. When I called them no one answered the phone. I called a second time no answer. Two seconds later I get a text all of a sudden now it’s out for delivery. When the lady came to deliver it one she forgot my soda in the car so she went back to go get it. I opened my pizza and my pizza stone cold. When she brings me my soda it’s not even a 2 L they only have the 16 ounces so they brought me like three of them instead of calling me to ask if I wanted to change it. This is ridiculous having to wait almost 2 hours when it said maybe 30 minutes on top. The fact that they didn’t even call me to let me know it was going to take longer. And they didn’t send it out for delivery until I tried calling them I’m not happy at all

Ordered a large pizza with extra cheese. Terribly disappointed. There was little to almost no cheese on my pizza. I was so hungry, that we had no choice but to eat it, but it felt like a scam. Especially since they charge extra for more cheese. Willing to give them a try again, but I hope they check their pizzas before serving them up next time.
I have always had the best service at this Papa John’s!, and this is my first review of them. I am writing this because they have gone above and beyond this visit!! We ordered 2 pizzas one of which I wanted thin crust, both were order regular crust “my bad” We called back a few minutes later and requested a Thin crust. They were more than happy to oblige. Our delivery arrived within the expected time but unfortunately they were both regular crust.. ok no biggie. A few minutes later there was another knock at the door, another delivery driver! It was our thin crust we called back to request be changed ?? No questions asked we were given the other pizza. On top of that the manager called (missed the call) to let us know the other pizza had been dispatched and was on its way. Honesty this is the best service we’ve had from any restaurant or fast food in a long time. Thank you Papa John’s for your continued excellent service!!!
Went into the Papa Johns located around 1041 Irvine Blvd. A employee approached ask if he could help me . I was with my granddaughter both of us wearing a Mask as we’re ask to do currently in a high rising cases in the OC. The young man was not wearing a mask. I inquired as to why he was not wearing a mask he said I’m ok I quoted the CO level. I made an about turn and walked out the door. I bouthe food else where while we sat and ate . Not one person ordered food they just as I did made about turns and walked out.Why are your associates not wearing mask at this location?
Hot and DELICIOUS pizza. Delivery was faster than expected.
My mom ordered my boys (5&4) pizza since currently they can’t go to her house. When the delivery driver arrived my boys asked him where grandma was And without skipping a beat he said “ grandma can’t come right now but she asked us to make a very special meal for her boys.” Immediately I was so grateful for him. The food at this location has always been amazing, but the customer service is even better. Thank you so much for being so kind to my little boys!
This was some of the best pizza we've had in years! We got the bbq Hawaiian chicken and OMG! SO DANG GOOD! Very high quality ingredients and the taste is to die for. We got pepperoni as well which was also quite good. It arrived very quickly and was so hot we had to blow on it to eat bites! The delivery person was super nice too! All in all, BEST PIZZA & BEST DELIVERY EXPERIENCE EVER!! Only one negative & that is the price. It is fairly expensive, especially when compared to places like Little Caesar's or What A Lotta Pizza. Thankfully, we got a really good coupon from Retail Me Not. That was the only way we could afford it, frankly.
