(after reading all 75 of your reviews I'm 100% certain you paid for positive reviews) I've had authentic new York pizza, and this isn't it!! Sure the thin crust was on point, and the cheese was getting there(needed a bit more) but the sauce? Was there any? If there was i couldn't taste it. Sure, go light, but barely existent with no flavor? Come on!!(Original review)Honestly not worth the price. Pizza was bland, they charged $1.50 for a small 2oz cup of hidden valley ranch. It honestly upset me pretty badly. In regards to your response below:from a business standpoint, vague generic promises that you're "fixing it" doesn't exactly win my business back. (This is of course only my opinion). If you're sincerely wanting to gain my business back(which you indicate in almost all your bad reviews), maybe some incentive would be a better strategy? Both from a marketing stand point and integral? Fix the pizza, bring upset customers in for a free slice? Sure you take the loss of what? Maybe $3 for the slice? Not bad seeing i took the loss of $30 for a delivered XL pizza that was awful. Maybe they come in and take you up on it, most people won't, but It wins you more stars, a loyal customer for the ones that do, and shows everyone else reading these reviews that you're committed to customer satisfaction. Sure, you can't please everyone. But what i experienced seems like you weren't worried about satisfying anyone. The Ken's/hidden valley ranch, and bland pizza is the evidence. For $1 a packet, and $2 8oz cup of sour cream i can get 8oz of restaurant quality ranch at the grocery store for half the price of what i paid with you. Same thing with spices in the sauce (which was non existent in the pie). I get it. trust me I do. People go on these reviews to troll, but I don't. I take this time to help businesses strive to become better. But it seems like businesses these days just want to take advantage of people and are satisfied with the people's business that are too ignorant or lazy to go elsewhere. It's in your hands. Fix it, or don't. Either way, until I'm persuaded to, I personally won't be back. Ps i wanted to give you 1*, but the gentleman on the phone, and the delivery man were both extremely customer service oriented. That extra star was for them.
I am kind of upset I paid $40 a pizza with almost no ingredients. I ordered green peppers, pepperoni, mushrooms and jalapeños.
I have orders from.this place from Uber eats 4 times. The pizza is great..i highly recommend anything with vegetables on it, it brings out the flavor more. Anything just meat can be overwhelming on the stomach. However, the dough is light, delicious, and the cheese is just the perfect combination. The flavors mix well without feeling too full or overwhelmed with grease or specific flavors. The prices are more than reasonable and the the speed of which ordered are done is incredible. The customer service is on point.
New York Pizza Faktory did an incredible job for our BHS choir retreat! Great food, delivered hot, and right on time! Thank you!
Best Brooklyn Pizza.... Best Pizza Period. Better than any Brooklyn Pizza I had in Brooklyn! To Die For!! ?????
Love the pizza here, light not doughy like all other California shops. Good sauce, great toppings! If your from outside of SoCal, you enjoy but if your a local just go to Pizza Hut! :p
Very good was expecting ready made slices like in NY. Had a fresh hot slice made to order giant slice like NY crispy full of flavor closed my eyes thought I was in Times Square for a second that good just like NY if not better.
I ordered a pizza and wings it never showed up with Postmates smh
New York Pizza Factory serves thin crust pizza that reminds me of my decades living in New York. Great mozzarella and tomato sauce are the base of great taste that the fresh toppings take a stand on.Other pizza shops here in California are okay. Many double up the cheese and/or have a thick, soft bread-like crust. Many are closer to Chicago style with thick soft crusts. They ARE more substantial, very filling, but more expensive too.The New York style pizza served at the New York Pizza Factory is pizza perfection to me.
Excellent Pizza!!! Really nice people I highly recommend this place to anyone reading this.
